CIBC Branch with ATM

Excellent customer service by Suresh Nannamatti and Team. Very quick with work and get it done with ease. Most of people dont like this branch but I appreciate their help. This is great team work !

Kristy was amazing, I needed a bank statement for my Permanent Residency application which appeared to be more complicated than I thought. Regardless, Kristy had it done within 3 hours, even right before the Christmas break! Really happy!

The best employee at the CIBC is Kumar. Made my customer experience very enjoyable. Give that man a raise.

I don't like seeing the pride flag on your money machine when I go to take money out.
Where's all your help for all the missing children why don't you have their faces instead of People prayed with her junk hanging out and think they're awesome I'll be taking all of my money out of your bank as soon as I can except for one penny

Giving a 1 star because I can't give zero. This bank has drastically gone downhill. You get told one thing on the phone and then book an appointment, for them to tell you something different when you get there. What a complete waist of my time. I will be finding a new bank for my children and I. Completely useless.

Called the CIBC to dispute a transaction, I put on hold for 113 minutes, seems they really don't care about their customer, this is ridiculous.

Terrible place DONT use Cibc switch to Rbc or someplace else, they don’t answer phones or call you back, can’t get in touch with anyone
