What's the point in having a lobby and lock boxes if it can be open when workers are not present???? Super frustrating. Can even yet your mail on the weekend. Some people work for a living and can yet there during the day, and then they send your package back because you didn't come get it right away.

Rude service. Was trying to pick up a customs declaration form as the online form wasn't working. Walked in and some Karren behind the desk, told me to try it online. I had explained that I had tried 3 different times, and it just wasn't working. I figured I would come and just pick up a form. She proceeded to talk down to me, and refused to hand any forms over because I didn't have the package on hand and that were different forms? I recently shipped a package internationally and this wasn't my experience last time as they gave me a form to fill out and bring back with the package. She was getting irritated by the snarky tone of her voice, obvious facial expressions accompanied by a eye roll. I will not be going to that post office for a third attempt to mail a package. Do better Canada Post. Patience and kindness go a long way.

Hours are horrible for people with real jobs. Never open. Need earlier opening hours and later closing hours!!!!!!!! I CAN NOT GET MY MAIL!!!
