It's a basic motel, not fancy, but the rooms are super clean and comfortable beds. Fast Wi-Fi and a great restaurant on site and only 2 minutes from the highway yet quiet.

The perfect overnight stop close to the highway.
This is a basic older motel, but the rooms were super clea, great WiFi and french and englishTV.
The owner and staff are very nice and there is a great local restaurant on site. And it's 2 minutes of the highway.

Great, budget hotel. Room was clean. Easy location, just off the highway with groceries within a km. A restaurant is on site and opens at 6am.

On a road trip from southwestern Ontario to Nova Scotia and we booked this place after being on the road in the rain for 7.5 hours. It's a little dated but the bathroom was updated, tons of hot water and water pressure, the room was a good size and the man who checked us in was bilingual and very friendly. Our room was immaculately clean. And the price was right!

This motel was amazing. Even though no food was available in the motel, it was next door to a restaurant.

The hostess was gracious and very friendly. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

We were returning to Ontario from Nova Scotia on October 22nd and had been on the road for approximately 12 hours. It was raining and both myself and my wife were tired and began looking for a place to get off the road. We spotted the signage for the Motel de la Montagne from the highway and headed for it.
Our experience from start to finish was nothing short of spectacular. The receptionist at the office was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very personable, friendly and welcoming during the sign in process.
The room was large and modern with all the amenities. In all our years of traveling, we've never seen a motel room this clean. It was absolutely spotless throughout from the beds to the bathroom and all at a great price.
We will definitely be returning to this motel for our annual trips to the east coast going forward.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking clean accommodations and friendly service above and beyond expectations.

I can't say enough great things about our stay here. The various staff were patient and accommodating with our various changes in plans. The floor is HEATED in our room, which is SO DELIGHTFUL to come in to from a cold day on the road. Everything is clean and tidy, and the rooms have a homey welcomeness. We'll be traveling back this way next year, and will make a point of staying at Montagne again.

Bilingual and incredibly friendly staff, the remembered my name. Great location near the highway, But far enough that there is no noise. Great homestyle restaurant outside the hotel. And.... the hotel is dated but... SPOTLESS. I have never been in a cleaner bathroom. Super clean. Great price. Charming. All that!! Stay here.

Front desk was super nice and the room is spotless, as well as cat friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm going through. If I can rate this out of 10 it will be a 10.

It was a little bit sketchy after I parked my car man and woman walk next to a dumpster then looked they were in the dark so I don't know what they're up to that's why I move my vehicle I had my ATV on my trailer I moved it in front of my window open the curtains so I can watch it. It was 4:00 a.m. we left and I slide the key next to the register just push it over and took pictures of it proof that I returned it. Every time on that highway I always see that sign I finally stayed there.

Very clean, spacious room, big bathroom also. Comfy beds.. even has a rocking chair... You dont hear the traffic even if close to the autoroute. Would defintely recommend this place.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Reception staff extremely courteous and helpful. This is our choice for rest on the way to and from the Maritimes.

This motel may not seem very appealing but it’s comfortable, clean and decently priced.

Surprised by the great caliber of room for such a good price! I hesitated because it seemed a little older but the room was great. Very impressive.
