The people that work here were very nice and helpful. The place is not too packed and their washrooms are very clean. They have tiny lockers for your gadgets and water fountains.

Had my interview on April 18 2023 was a very pleasant experience , security was easy because i left all my belongings at the hotel just brought in my documents. Waited 20 mins, first window officer was very kind took all my necessary documents. My interviewer office was very nice as well. Due to only US consulate in Canada some process takes longer then usual.

My experience: Everyone there was very nice and helpful. There are tiny lockers when you first go in so you can bring your phone to store there, and you can bring your small bag and document folder in the wait room. If you arrive early they most likely won't let you in until your appointment time, unless it is very empty inside the wait room. The process was quite smooth and quick for me. My appointment time was at 8:15 and I was called up to the window at about 8:30 and after presenting civil docs I was asked to sit and wait one more time. Then around 9 I was called up and the questioning only took about 10-15 minutes. Do note that once I was waiting the room filled up a lot and I'm sure everyone else had to wait longer. Excellent service from top to bottom. They were very helpful and took care of my 72 year old mother in law very well!

Garda security people were nice. Security process is smooth. Provided locker for my phone. The interviewer were very nice and polite. Was in/out of the building within 45mins for my appointment. Quick and efficient service.

I had a layover and an issue with my US passport and the ordeal was terrible, but I showed up at the consulate when they opened and they let me get an emergency passport same day and were so nice. I was panicked reading the reviews so felt inclined to review as I had a terrible airline, airport, immigration experience and the embassy was the only helpful part of the experience!!

Marzio Biella was so helpful and quick in acquiring our codice fiscale. My wife's application was complicated and she handled it very professionally.

The visa staff are very quick with responses to inquiries and provide great information.
