La Baie d'Hudson

I have always loved this Bay, I have so many memories of back-to-school and Christmas shopping with my mom. But I wanted to mention the exceptional experience I had with a woman who works on the main floor at "Le coin beauté". She was so kind! I usually do not like to get help while shopping for beauty products, as I like to browse and enjoy by myself. But without being pushy, we ended up talking and I found out she was a beauty junky like me! So she understood how I liked to test and look at the products and just see what is new. We browsed around as she told me about the products, letting me test them and me feeling absolutely no pressure. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely go back just because of her (and I don't usually buy my beauty products at the Bay).

A big department store that offers many brands in one single ideal place. Perfumes, accessories, watches, handbags, clothes, dresses, shoes, furniture, kitchen stuff, etc. I enjoyed shopping here.

My favourite place! One of the best places that offers really good service to buy perfumes. Thousand of products and brands! This branch is huge!! Great environment and friendly staff! There is a lot of choices fo Christmas gifts and decorations!! I love this branch 🎊🙏

Great service! Looking for a specific gift and the guy upstairs on the fourth floor was super helpful! Prepare to walk though because this is THE Hudson Bay store. My legs got tired just looking at perfume on the first floor. 5 floors and 5 stars. It's pricey though.

I love the the Baie !!! I can remember window shopping as a teenager wishing I could buy everything in the polo section. Now that I'm older with a steady income, I don't window shop anymore.

So far I have found this place to be the best for shopping cloths, accessories. Mostly for girls this is to go store to get all variety of cloths for all occasions, footwears, accessories and what not. They have food court on 7th floor. It’s a huge building. You can get metro from basement of the building. Easy to commute. :)

You can always find great stuff here whether it's for the home or clothing. Usually pick up bargains in the sales they have a lot of the time too. Can't be bad!

I went during a promotion they had lately. A very good one that made me saved 30%, over 50$. Went to buy new underwear’s and ended up with a t-shirt, a pair of shorts and some socks. lol
great selection but the staff was so rude and not particularly helpful.
Anyway it’s a nice shop.

Right beside the McGill metro station. Easy accessibility, reasonable price, lots of each size and good kind staffs. Of course both French and English available.

I was visiting for my birthday week.
Decided to go shopping for some Colognes (for myself) & perfumes for gifts. Sammy (Cartier Rep) amazed me with his knowledge and customer service. Honestly haven’t seen customer service done so flawlessly and sincere! The rest of the staff that helped me at the register had great customer service too. I have been wanting to write this review since this experience was on December 10th 2022.
Will be coming back in August 2023 hope to see him again for more colognes to purchase 🤩

One of the best retailers in Canada! The Bay is a very large multistory department store! You can find anything you are looking for from makeup, jewelry, clothing, furniture and more!
On the last floor there is a rather nice self serve restaurant with nice views of the city day and night.

I highly recommend this for both Montrealers and tourists
