The sales service we received from Lisa and Charles at PRFO Sports was exceptional. Charles is a master boot fitter and really knows his stuff. I ultimately decided to stay with my older ski boots but Charles noted that I needed a footbed liner. These have drastically improved the fit of my boots. He took his time and found a solution to my boot problem. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. She asked about our day, where we were from and just generally made us feel very welcome. We were so impressed that I ended up purchasing some telescopic poles and my wife a dress and a serum. PRFO is also very well stocked with some unbelievable sale prices. All in all a terrific sales experience and a store we would highly recommend.

I'm from the states and they had a hard to find Burton coat in stock. Shopping on the site and check out was super easy. They answered any questions I had right away about customs. The coat was shipped out promptly and arrived only a few days later!! Very fast shipping! Overall great experience and super happy with the Coat.

I bought a brand new pair of skis from PRFO and they arrived in the southwestern US like 3 days later. Including shipping it cost me less than half of what any store in the states was charging. I hadn't heard of this place before stumbling upon their website while looking up ski reviews last week, and I was honestly halfway worried that it was a scam because the deal was so good - now that the skis are here it almost feels like cheating.

Without a doubt the most pleasant online shopping experience I've experienced to date. I ordered two lenses for my electric EGV goggles. One of the lenses is clear without tint, which is not easy to find in store or online. Not only did they have this lens but at a very competitive price as my alternative was direct from electric online, which would have come from the US and cost a fortune. Unfortunately I had already ordered my EGV goggles but had I known of PRFO sooner I would have ordered them from PRFO as they would have matched the price too! Free shipping over 50$ and delivery was a day early. Unfortunately because I had forgotten the unit number to my apartment on the address, Canada post wouldn't actually make the delivery. Thanks to some great customer service and timely action by PRFO, I was able to receive my package just in time to head up for some night riding during the last storm. They even offered to pay the return shipping if Canada Post opted to return the package due to the error. Incredible customer service and effort by the PRFO staff to make that delivery happen. This is a quality service with quality product at a competitive price. Support your local and small business'!

Was worried about the legitimateness of this website given I’m from Ontario and never heard of it. Super good service and great deals. Can’t complain at all.

I'm so impressed with this place. I've ordered twice from the US and their shipping is lightning quick. It's taken max 2 days from when I ordered to receive my shipment, I don't even know how they do it. Great store, will keep coming back!

I have nothing but good things to say about these folks. I'm from Toronto so I dealt with them entirely online. Had a few questions about the product and they were very quick to respond by email (i.e., within a few hours). Item shipped within a day of ordering, and it arrived within 2 business days. Unfortunately, the fit was not right (not their fault!) and I had to return the item. Return shipping was super easy, took another 2 business days, and I was issued a refund within a day of them receiving the shipment. Of course I wish the item had fit, but PRFO is nonetheless making the ecommerce world a better place. Thanks folks!

PRFO is awesome, fast delivery, best prices, and the customer service is always spot on! I love that the live chat is 'actual people.' I choose PRFO over any other sporting good website, and you never have to price compare because you know you're getting a good deal.

I have only ordered online from PRFO Sports, but the experience has been fantastic. The selection and the pricing are very competitive. The ordering process is quick. The notifications for the order being readied, shipped and delivered are great. Best of all the shipping is very fast. Definitely recommend checking them out online for your outdoor sporting needs.

They have great products, great selection, great knowledge, great prices, and most importantly GREAT customer service. There was a pricing discrepancy when I purchased my ski boots, but PRFO refunded the price difference without hesitation. That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you build a loyal customer base. I made a purchase about a week ago for some mountain biking gear. First off, website is great, supply was great, and prices were great. Also being a Canadian company, I love supporting our country!

4 days passed and my order was still showing as placed, but not processed or shipped. I won’t lie, I was pretty upset about this. I emailed their support and they got back to me right away letting me know that they were super busy and would get to it asap. My first two thoughts after that were “Geeze, I guess my order isn’t important enough” and “do they actually have this product in stock or are they just drop shipping it and can’t find someone with the part?”. Needless to say, neither of my thoughts were true.

They obviously could sense my frustration and instead of just blowing it off, they made the effort to make sure my order was processed that day and on its way, and through xpress post. I felt this was a step above what was expected and I am very happy with the outcome. I understand times get busy however customers shouldn’t suffer. They made sure the wrong was made right and I will continue to shop with them.

**Please also note, as of June 10 my order isn’t here (this is only one day after they rectified the issue, so not concerned), however if it doesn’t come in I will update accordingly. Not concerned**

PRFO has been my go-to shop for my snowboarding needs this season. They have a great selection of gear and always have the lowest prices compared to other retailers. Also free shipping over $50! Only wish they were closer to BC so I could get my items faster.
