We have a strong anxious german sheppard who can be aggressive to others when he feels threatened. We have been going here for years. The staff always know how to deal with him and are quick. Very happy with their service!

Wish we didn't have to go to the vet this time but I am impressed with the care, attentiveness and genuine manner in which we were able to say goodbye to our beloved family cat Triggs. It was just the right amount of time so we could process what was happening but not so much time that it got overwhelming. Highly professional and empathetic all at the same time. Thank you for the card. We truly appreciate you all.

We have 3 cats and two dogs so we have used many different vets over the years. When we moved to Sunderland Dr. Deb and her team were recommended to us. All of their staff are extremely friendly and professional. They take the time to understand what is happening with your pet and then explain in great detail what your options are to treat them. Did I mention that they are also reasonably priced? Whenever someone asks me for a vet recommendation, Brelmar is at the top.

Dr Deb is the absolute best! She always gives great advice and explanations, and I love how she outlines different treatment options available and doesn’t pressure one way or the other. I have moved to York region, but will always make the drive to Brelmar for my pets.
I recommended them to a family member whose cat had urinary tract problems. Other vets wanted to do expensive surgeries and one even diagnosed depression and suggested anti-depressants!! One overnight stay at Brelmar and some lifestyle changes for a fraction of the cost of that surgery, and the cat is good as new.

They Care. They assist on questions over the phone and document every call you make to ensure proper responses are given when you follow up. Both my cat and dog go here, and Dr. Deb, all the vet techs and assistance seem to really treat them like family. They truly care for your pets and are very understanding with a worried mom like myself when questions are asked that you may think are silly.

We visited to get my friend's dog an updated rabies shot and flea medicine. The vet recommended newer product that would better protect my friends pup in a very nice way. The puppy was in and out of the clinic very fast and was just as happy coming out as he was going in.

Deb is the best Vet I've ever been too. They are extremely busy but always take care of us. I wouldn't take our Kiara (dog) to anyone else. Professional at the same time treat us like family. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Deb. Since this review, Deb called our Kiara morbidly obese, while looking her nose down at us. Since this review Deb turned into a raving Itch with a B. I will never return to Brelmar. The other staff are and have always been great. But I now do not recommend Deb, unless you like being talk to rudely. I don't know what happened to her but she has changed. Not the Vet she once was. Thank you kindly to the desk staff. Will always appreciate your kindness.
