Had an amazing experience with Jeffrey from ET mechanical. I typically go with a competitor for cleaning but couldn’t get in promptly when my heat pump started pouring water. Within 3 days I was able to get an apt on a Sunday at 830 wow! Impressed. He was great, clean, and explained everything with photos. He went above and beyond. ET mechanical is lucky to have such a great employee! Thanks for fixing my heat pump :)

Great service, Chris and Sean answered all of our questions, were very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our new heat pump, we love it and highly recommend!

Max was very friendly and efficient. He was able to repair one flush and needed to replace the other. He cleaned everything up and got rid of the discarded flush for us when he was done. He was great to work with and he represents ET Mechanical very well.

Jeffrey was fantastic! We called ET because our heat pump started to leak inside the house. Jeffrey arrived about 15 minutes later and meticulously went to work. He knew exactly what to do to fix things, and he cleaned up after himself when the job was done. Also, it was nice paying less as a club member!

E.T. Mechanical is a great company. There service is excellent and timely. Jeffrey, the technician was polite, professional and very nice. Over 5 yrs with their service and I am very happy with them.

E.T. Mechanical was fantastic! My kitchen sink had been leaking because of a broken p-trap, but Max, the plumber, arrived punctually and swiftly got to work. He had to redo some piping, but in just 30 minutes, he had fixed the issue completely. I was very pleased with the result! Max was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend E.T. Mechanical to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Mat did an amazing job with repairing our unit. He was courteous and professional in explaining the issues with the unit and ways on how to prolong the life span of our unit. We initially had issues with our warranty and had to wait more than a month for parts but we spoke with their manager John and found a solution to our problems. I look forward to having Mat as our service tech in our future appointment.

Matt did phenomenal work here today. I called to have a plumber come out to the house to look at my hot water heater this morning. I was scheduled in for 1:30 the same day!
Before my service I got a text with a summary and picture of Matt.
He was prompt and professional. He was knowledge about hot water heaters, walked me through what he was going to do and then went to work getting it done.

I had no water, Jeff came within 2 hours and fixed the problem, changed out a faulty wire for my pump and got it all fixed up kind and quick. He also informed me of some other potential problems down the road with my water heater and what to look out for . I appreciated him taking the time to inform me and look out for the customers best interest. Always a positive experience with ET Mechanical. They are excellent.

We had a leak on the copper pipe in our hydronic heating and I called Monday for an appointment. They were able to book me the next day. Brandon came and replaced that 90 degree elbow pipe that was leaking expertly. He was very patient and did an amazing job because it was in a very tight spot and very difficult to get to the problematic area. The other line of the pipe also leaked as soon as the first one got fixed, so Brandon had to do another fix that will resolve both. He definitely did a good job after seeing how good the pipes now look.

Had George, Jared and Tyler here today to install 2 mini splits.
We were very impressed with all 3 of them. They did a great job. However we want to say that Tyler was excellent. He took the time to go over everything and made sure we were comfortable with the units and how to set them before he left. Five stars to this technician.

They installed my pressure tank and got water tank when the water tank failed they came right away to fix the problem. They are very friendly and will help u in any way the can.
Jeff was fantastic explaining everything to me so I now understood how to work everything

The team at E.T Mechanical are good people to deal with. I am far from being techy and found they talked me through the forms to understand in layman terms. They are incredibly fair and opened my eyes as to what to expect. Well done Matt and Radeem. Well done, Jeff! Thank you for your patience.

Very professional and respectful. His work is very nice, the installation went without issues. He is very receptive if you ask that something be done in a way. In general very happy with the installation and the interactions.

They were excellent to deal with and worked very quickly.

What an excellent job. Joe and Donny showed up right on time with our replacement on demand water heater. ( The company has a great relationship with Navien and found out the old one was under warranty for replacement)They worked real fast and went above and beyond answering my questions and moving things so the install fit into my space. I've used et mech before and all their crews are top drawer. Joe and Donny are the best. Thanx again Brad in Wasaga
