Was in need new tires so went to Virden Dodge parts where Tyler found tires I was looking for and got great affordable price on them.(check Virden Dodge for tires prices) Tires in next day. Appointment next day 1:00 for installation, service dropped me of at coffee shop and picked me up 1.25 after, tires installed car washed. Great parts and great service made paying bill little easier. lol . Thank you. 👍

I was impressed at how thorough and fast the service was for my oil change! I was early for my appointment, they fit me in right away, they even sent me this really awesome video to show my filters and how dirty they were, so we got those changed too!

We had a phenomenal experience with Virden Dodge, I called in looking for something specific and Amanda showed me a Yukon they had in stock that I didn't think I'd ever be able to afford, but they gave me an amazing offer for my trade and it made the Yukon fall right in my price range! There were a few hiccups (outside paint jobs and snowstorms) along the way, but the dealership kept me in the loop and fast tracked the whole process as much as they could. Holy WOW!!! The crew at Virden Dodge is second to NONE.
Long story short, the WiFi in my Durango stopped working as we travelled across Canada (Banff to Winnipeg). We needed our phones to connect however two separate calls to AT&T produced no results.
Our pit stop at Virden Dodge proved to be a godsend as Amanda tried troubleshooting while on our second call to AT&T and she discovered the issue to be outdated software on my Durango.
Aaron stepped up next and was able to update the software!! While we waited Amanda put a new battery in my key fob and ran the truck through their car wash free of charge.
I couldn't imagine better customer service from any other dealership. We were so elated to be back on the road, fully functional and better off than when I bought the truck new!
