I had to travel quite a distance to come and view the pre-owned camper that I was interested in. They were very accommodating to my schedule. I asked about having the trailer brought to a Four Seasons dealer near me for pick-up. I was told it would be possible, although not ideal for someone from the other location to give me orientation on the camper. The staff at Virden are familiar with this particular unit. I liked that they were wanted to make sure I had the best customer experience even it meant some inconvenience on my part.

We purchased a Jayco Redhawk from Four Seasons RV and have been happy with service. There have been a few things that needed repairs on warranty and they have fixed everything to our satisfaction. The mobile service guy's have been very good. Knowledgeable and good work. Very happy with their mobile service. Would recommend them for future purchases or service.

I traded in my trailer this year and this time I bought from Four Seasons.I have been dealing with Matt for years. I am not the easiest person to deal with thats for sure. Matt was always polite and answered all my questions and my texts. They are very knowledgable on there products They totally went out of their way to find me my dream trailer! We had been looking for a while and finally in June we bit the bullet a d bought our Grand Design Transcend
model 221 RB. We could not be any happier with it except for when our theather seat get put in soon. Kevin Borys got us a great deal even with the theather seats. We loved everything from the finance department to the service department. Our walk through was amazing We learned so much but forgot a few things as well. We go back on July 14th for the theather seat install. Yey no more dinette. Anyhow we highly recommend dealing with four seasons you will be happy you did.

Best customer service we have experienced anywhere, staff is always very helpful and they listen to your needs. Great selection for any budget and if they don't have what you're looking for they will do what they can to make it happen. Highly recommended if you're in the market.

We appreciate the low pressure sales, they provided pros and cons of various units we were looking at. After viewing many floor plans and options, they brought out the top three and parked them side by side, for further viewing. It gave us the additional opportunity to review what we liked best on each and allowed us the time to ensure we were comfortable with our selected camper. The trailer was delivered and parked by a very experienced driver, that was able to demonstrate and show us the workings of the trailer internal components, such as the self levelling, hook up and disconnect features and the control panel for the inverter, slides, lights and tanks. It was NOT a wham bam delivery, it was methodical to ensure we were comfortable to operate the trailer! Following that, they have honoured the on site technician visit, there was a recall notice and some minor items noted after the unit arrived. These items were addressed and leaves us feeling good about working with Four Seasons Sales. We were repeat buyers, and should we need another trailer, we will not hesitate to work with them again.

Just wanted to send a HUGE thank you to the staff. Especially Norm, Danielle, and Chris. The amazing trio is what sales and service is all about. From the first email to the moment we drove off the lot with our camper. My wife and I loved every minute we were there. So helpful and knew there stuff. It was quit busy but not once did we feel like we were waiting on someone. We will definetly tell everyone and recommend them without hesitation.

My wife and I just picked up our camper today. We had our camper stored there for the first time. Plus had to get some maintenance done. The staff were friendly and helpful. The work they did is good as well.

Norm in sales was very helpful in finding what we were looking for in our price range and very knowledgeable on their products. Kala handled the paperwork efficiently and seamlessly.
