Jamie has always been amazing when bringing my mother in laws dogs in (Japanese chins). One of them has a seizure disorder and she is always patient and mindful of them as the other has an anxiety disorder. The pricing has always been great and she always does an amazing job and exactly what is asked!

We had a great experience boarding our two Huskies and plan to do so again this spring. They make it very convenient with picking up and dropping off your dog, for a small fee. Well worth it! Highly recommend!

I brought my dog here in the spring when it was still owned by Carol I believe her name was. Very sweet lady and charged such a reasonable price. 60$. She clipped my dogs nails and did everything I asked.

The new owner Jamie was nice when I dropped my dog off. I explained that I wanted my dogs hair on her face longer and her pony tails kept. My dog has hair not fur so it gets tangled easier but I am always able to brush her hair out in 5 minutes or so. I came back to find my dog completely shaved not only that she cut off her pony tails to show me they were too tangled to salvage when I’ve never had this problem. My dog had a few mats but I had given her a bit of a trim the month prior and she only came in with a few I couldn’t get at because I didn’t want to hurt her. Very few mats.

As I pick my dog up I go to pay and I was seriously ripped off by paying 95$ because of some wack “de matting fee”. Isn’t that just called a hair cut ??? Be aware if you don’t wanna get ripped off you gotta bring your dog in looking like a show dog or else you’re gonna get judged and ripped off. She didn’t even cut all my dogs nails. I’m not a hard customer to please and I’m not an angry person but this new owner needs to learn how to run a business in a small town. My business is lost I will not return. I have a decent number of friends that go here and I will make them aware as well to not return. Until I see a quality and price change. No hate towards the owner I am not trying to be mean I am simply upset. My father is upset with this as well I feel very taken advantage of and like she didn’t take the time to provide the service I paid for. My dog was very upset after and seemed quite sad.

I have followed Jamie the owner and Groomer since I met her at her first grooming job. She has aways treated my 2 Fur Babies with Love and respect when they are in her care. If there are any issues Health or behavior I am always notified when I pick them up. They always look amazing and feel even better with their attitudes. She is one top groomer in the Province, I stand by that. Prices are very reasonable.

I took my Bernidoodle in for a groom. He had a few Matts as he did when I had him groomed in Winnipeg months before. Winnipeg groomer gave him a teddy bear cut and he looked great. When I picked him up at sitting pretty he was totally shaved and looked like a totally different dog. He was not happy and it took a while before he adjusted to having no hair. I was totally ripped off by this groomer. They charged me $201.00 to shave my dog. I was trying to support local businesses but will never use this groomer again. My cost in Winnipeg for a proper grooming was $100.00. Even with the price of gas the trip into the city is worth it. Beware of their hourly cost.
