Just finished a 8-Day trip to Cuba with New Pioneer. The experience with them was pleaseant and relaxed. Tour guide Peter and Serena were very nice and responsible with our group. Peter always knew who were a little behind the group and always stood at a obvious place to wait for the group. The tour arrangement was also very reasonable and I don't feel rush. I am very pleased by their service and would go with them again in the future.

A music and dance tour of Cuba was a rhythmic adventure. We learned to dance salsa and rumba from local experts, watched live music performances, and even visited a recording studio in Santiago de Cuba. The tour was a sensory delight, with the lively sounds of Cuba as the backdrop. The accommodations were comfortable, and the cuisine included local specialties. Cuba's music and dance scene is a vibrant treasure.

We understand some charges caused by the unpredictable increase of the costs. The company made reasonable changes to save the costs. But the clarification may help the customers’ understanding better. Fortunately Peter Guan did an excellent job for New Pioneer Travel. My comment is
1. The price is right. It is bargain basement price. (Economic)
2. The itinerary is right. From free breakfast to sunset,The activities are well planned and there’s no boring moments.
3. The accommodations is 4 or 5 stars hotels with amenities and nice bar and restaurant.
4. The tour guide is kind, generous, knowledgeable with local culture, history and food, a cohesive element for his group.

I strongly recommend New Pioneer to anyone wants to see places.
