Excellent place and employees and Doctor are friendly and in summary I feel safe when I go to this place. They take care each patient carefully. They are humble.

Dr. Hagoup Boyrazian has been my Family Physician for 42 years and I adore him. He is semi-retired now, but always makes time for me. I moved to Kingston, ON 20 years ago and recently moved to Winchester, ON. I continue and will continue to go to this facility for all my health needs. I love everyone there. In closing, I’ve always lived by the saying, treat people the way you wish to be treated and it works! 😊👊

I’ve been seeing Dr Armen Boyrazian for the last number of years. He took me on as a patient when my family doctor of 30 years was giving up her practice. Change is hard for me but he made the transition smooth and easy. He’s a very caring doctor and works with your needs as a patient which is really important to me. He cares about his patients.

His secretary Maral is also amazing. She’s so friendly, helpful and truly cares about the patients that come into the office as well. She’s an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter how crazy busy she is she always has a smile on her face and is so welcoming. I look forward to dealing with her whenever I have any questions or issues because I can tell she’s always happy to help. Her and Dr B make it a great experience at every appointment.

I've been a patient for over 6 years and Doctor Armen Boyrazian is one amazing Doctor. Him and all his colleagues make the experience of going to see your Doctor a pleasant one.

One thing that stands out is the receptionists, especially Maral. She genuinely cares for everyone that comes into the clinic and is very friendly, polite, and professional. Setha, the other receptionist is also very pleasant to deal with. The whole staff is mad cool.

Overall, the best Doctor's office I've ever stepped foot in, no cap.

Dr Hagob is such a great person. He is supportive, open minded and tries his best to help you in overcoming your health issue.Maral, his receptionist, is a cheerful person to deal with. She is supportive and kind. I feel always good when I deal with her.

I have been under Dr. Hagop Boyrazians care for over thirty years (since I was a child) as my family doctor. I have also seen Dr. Armen Boyrazian a few times when Dr. Hagop is unavailable.

They are both in high demand for a good reason, they are both exceptional doctors! I believe Dr. Armen Boyrazian is still accepting new patients so get in while you still can.

The front end staff including reception is kind and patient especially considering the high volume of people that they interact with on a daily basis.

On occasion, over the years, I have heard people being rude to the front end staff, this type of behaviour is unacceptable, especially since everyone there is trying to help you.

Yes, there can be wait times however this once again is because the doctors are good at what they do and in high demand.

I’ve been a patient of this family clinic ever since I switched doctors when I was in my first years of high school (about 10-12 years ago). I’ve consulted all of the practitioners here: Dr. Hagop (I believe the father of this clinic), Dr. Armen (his son), and Dr. Ani (his daughter) — the front end staff, notably Maral and Zeta — they’ve all been beyond words could explain extraordinarily kind and helpful with my needs that I’ve referred a few friends/family switched over & they too, have nothing but good things to say about them. The compassion they have is rare these days and I am eternally grateful for the dedication of their work. Never once, when in their presence, have I ever felt anything but their undivided attention ❤ I feel right at home.

Since I moved to London, ON a few years ago, it’s been tough securing a new family doctor close by, but truly, I’m glad I hadn’t found one because they are worth every minute of my 2-3 hour drive from home — thank you for being one in a million!

I rarely give 5 stars to anyone but Dr. Armen Boyrazian is an exception. He's the best doctor we've ever had in 20+ years. His knowledge and attitude is fantastic. He is not hesitant to refer to you a specialist if he is unsure.

The reception staff is super nice and accommodating. Although there have been times we had to wait 2 hours and it was super crowded, but Dr Armen with his caring attitude always makes up for it.

One of the best medical centres. The doctors are so kind and helpful. Especially the receptionist, Maral, is very kindhearted, sweet, and friendly. She is always helpful on the phone as well as in the clinic. Thank you for such a wonderful service.

Maral is an exceptional receptionist. Dr Armen Boyrazian is exceptional with his work. Proud of the work ethic in this medical centre.

I have been a patient of Dr. Boyrazian for many many years …Maral and Seta are the most amazing friendly and caring people ever…they treat every patient in the clinic equal with respect and care.

He has been my doctor since I was a child. He is very attentive. He doesnt disregard any concerns. He will send you to whatever you think you need as long as it makes sense. He is a team player.

I have been to many doctors who dont even look at your face. Make condescending remarks. And after you wait so long, they tell you "only one issue/appt." That one issue doesnt even get resolved. This doctor allows you to bring up all your concerns and deals with them.

Most of the problems people go through are a result of stress. Stress is a silent killer. Like my severe migraines. No cure. Like buying vitamins is usually pointless because as long as you eat healthy you get all the nutrients. Whenever he tells you not to worry. I believe it. If the problem persists, he will make sure to find another solution. Regardless it is your responsibility to get a second opinion.

Waiting is an issue but over the years it is so much better because he has gotten other doctors to help out. However, everyone wants to see him, so it makes it hard.

His son is so caring also. I went to see him when I didnt know why I was having issues with aura and inflammation to my head. Numbness and speach impairment. He was so concerned he did all the tests to ensure I was okay before sending me to a neurologist. And the secretaries are really good and efficient at their job.

I'd give more stars if I could. Completely professional. Great doctors. They know what they're doing.

Doctor Armen is the family Doctor for my husband, son and I. Doctor Armen always takes his time to listen attentively and Is very thorough with sending us for appropriate testing when required. Dr. Armen reviews all lab results and tests at the follow up appointment and refers to specialists after discussion and understanding is clear.. He has been very supportive during the pandemic when I have requested an appointment.I highly recommend Doctor Armen Boyrazian.

It shouldn't matter...but Dr B has great bedside manner while still being direct and to the point. An understanding doctor with a great staff. 6 stars!
