Thank you, Abahaya MMA and Professor Chris, for welcoming my daughter and letting her train with you for a few days! She absolutely loved the couple days of BJJ training and was slightly bummed about the summer break. Professor Chris was very friendly, clear, concise, patient, and amazing with the kids. We will be back the next time we are in town. :)

I did bjj classes here for three months. Great instructors, great atmosphere.

Our kids have been attending for a few months now and they love it! After trying many sports and activities over the years we found something that they are excited about every week! Staff is very skilled and professional. They are also amazing with the kids by finding creative ways to keep them engaged! highly recommend this school if your kids are interested in trying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or Judo.

Review for Windsor location. Great gym with excellent instructor to student ratio. Great location and a friendly vibe. Judo and Jiu Jitsu are offered. Head instructor is very knowledgable and great at explaining which techniques are suitable for self defence and which are legal in either martial art. Recommend you check out the free class and go from there.

This clean and modern facility hosts experienced and compassionate staff. Whether it's Jon, Kyle, or Cody, there is always useful advice and there are always chances to challenge yourself at your own pace. If you're looking for a chance to get in great shape, learn how to effectively defend yourself or your loved ones, and be part of a fun-loving community, then this is the place. I highly recommend checking out the other facilities run by this great crew: Windsor location, Motiv fitness and the rock climbing gym.

A few of our students joined for Rock Climbing this last week and had a phenomenal time. Thanks Abhaya for the opportunity and we look forward to connecting in the future.
