Rex Bakery

Stumbled upon this amazing Persian bakery! Lady working there was a sweetheart! She provided excellent service and was friendly! My boyfriend and I filled up a XL box of sweet && bought some Turkish delights.
We are from Seattle, and were delighted to take some sweets home back to our families.

Unassuming façade but really great treats. I've walked past this place for years and never thought to walk in. But it was a warm today and the ice cream sorbet on display beckoned. The mango gelato was bursting with fresh fruit flavor, so was the banana something. I noticed they also had knafeh. I'm not usually impressed because I was pampered with treats from a famous Syrian bakery before the war started. But these were light crunchy and not too sweet. They also had baklava with ground pistachios. These were light and wonderful. I also was surprised to find Turkish delight, Rahat Locum. It was the right texture, did not skimp on nuts and wasn't too sweet. It was funny, another elderly customer saw me taking pictures and was quite defensive, thinking I was spying on the operation. Once I allayed his fears, he explained the owner is in his 70s and has been baking since he was 13 years old.

Everything always tastes great. Never had a problem with old or stale pastry. Staff wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t unpleasant so not sure what other customer’s experience have had been. I’ll be back for more

I bought a bunch of different baked goods and I loved them all. All were so fresh and tasty with exact Persian ingredients.

I salivate just thinking about all the sweets here. They have lovely Persian pastries, cookies, cakes. The best thing is that they aren't TOO sweet - you actually can taste the different flavours without being overpowered by sugar. Definitely recommend.

Delicious mom and pop bakery. I don’t know what most things are called, but they all taste pretty good. A small box is about $7. We get about 6-8 baked goods depending on the space. Owner shared how she and her son make the baked good together

After 15 years, I was finally able to find a banana/walnut birthday cake!

We are very happy with Rex bakery for our wedding cake. It was very tasty, the price was reasonable and and it looked exactly like what we wanted. I strongly recommend it for any wedding, engagegement or birthday pary. Sooo tasty!

Greeted by a lovely lady and picked up a small box of pastry's - bow tie (a lightly sweet flaky delight), creme puff (fresh lightly sweet fragrant creme with delicious puff made from eggs without that eggy taste), and some bamieh (deep fried fresh perisan style donuts dipped in syrup). Just heavenly and fresh!

Rex Bakery is an amazin place to order or buy your events pastry and cake. We ordered at this place 3 times and each time we have been happier than last time . The ower and her family are very polite and always treat me with the best manner.
I recommend this bakery . Mocha and walnut cake is one of the best.

Cookies are to die for, literally the best I've ever had. Can't say anything about cakes and ice cream, but I definitely recommended the cookies.
