Beautiful place to camp. Lots to see and explore. The road out was hit by landslide but still able to access through different route. Camped in November.

Ocean side campsites. There are also spots just off the ocean with rpotection from the wind. Someone that was sitting near the water said they saw orcas and humpbacks everyday.

Easy waterfall hike (20min) nearby.

Great place for motorcycle camping, very quiet. Road was in fairly good shape. Watched the Alaska Cruise Ships and some Killer Whales transiting. Would go again.

Great little spot on the east coast of the island. Its got 7 spots. A couple are exposed and most have some tree cover.

This place used to be a hidden gem about twenty years ago. Makes me sad you can find this amazing place on google maps😐 some of my best camping memories are from this place. Canoeing with pods of killer whales, checking out the old logging camp, the waterfall and Ed’s dog buddy. Or rocketing down the beach at low tide hitting six foot waves from the surf off the cruise ships. Making the two hour canoe trip north to I believe it was called fine beach. Used to be able to find old wreckage from ships and old weather balloons

Naka Creek is a great place to camp while kayaking through Johnstone Strait. The caretaker says that the road connecting to the main highway is in bad condition and vehicles frequently get stuck and need a tow truck.

Beautiful. Free. Non potable water available via hose - bring mesh filter to remove algae. Outhouse is nearly full to the brim.

Long drive to this beautiful part of the island. Hidden waterfall along Naka Creek.

Great campground on the ocean, marred by trash on site. Mostly level sites. Shade and sun sites. Sites seem a mix of formal w. Picnic table, fire pit and informal, w just a rock circle pit. Newer pit toilets, but everything else is rundown. I'd keep an eye on the kids here, as there are some hazards like the old trailers.
