Tim Hortons

I work on the road all over the province. Out of all the locations across Alberta, this one has to be the fastest, most consistent service I've ever seen. You might feel rushed at the window, but I personally love it.

Always quick and friendly service. No complaints, they’ve never gotten my order wrong at this location because I actually know how to speak clearly into the speaker so they can properly hear me :)

Best Tim Hortons ever! Could be biased.. I live in Edson. Can't say a lot about indoor dining because I do drive thru. Jasper, Sunni, and all the other staff at the window always make sure I get my order fast and correct. They can make a morning happy!

tim hortans, i go here almost everyday for coffee and sometimes dinner if im in town late. never anything to complain about.

Stopped here with a large group of 30 + custom drinks. We called about 20 mins before arriving with our order and everything was perfect. Not a drink was missed and everything was correct. We literally walked in I paid, grabbed our drinks, and walked out within 5 mins. Than you so much for your amazing service!

Hands down fastest tummies in Alberta. Been working in town. For over a week, DOESNT matter how long the drive-thru lines is, you’re never waiting, eg we were just behind 9 vehicles and we were back on the road in 6 minutes. Amazing service and very polite as well.

I always get great coffee in a timely manner from this Tim Horton's location. They're always nice and courteous despite the high customer traffic. They also are very responsible when it comes to COVID19 regulations as everything is very clean and frequently sanitized.

Within a week of going there they remembered all my special quirks when ordering. The lady that is making food in the afternoons even noticed that I separate my butter from the soup bag and started packing it separately.

Excellent service at this Tim Horton’s. The drive through line never really stops moving even with food orders I’ve noticed so you can tell they are prepared. The staff here are also very pleasant.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of this location. We usually don't like stopping at Tim Hortons as they are generally not very clean. This location really surprised us!

Another great stay. Friendly staff great service always great to say hi to familiar faces. Thanks Best Western edson. Also the breakfast is great and if are to early they have a great to go bag.

You already know that their coffee is Great, however. Have you tried their Chili? I always order the Large order which comes with a Large bun & butter. Try it, you will Not be sorry. Promise. Cheers ★ ♥ :) :)

We have been to several different restaurants and take out places getting coffee, trying to dine in, etc all day on a day trip from Edmonton to Jasper and back. We even turned down after ordering at an unspecified restaurant due to covid fears.. This Tim Hortons had all the staff act professionally, all wearing masks that handle, create or distribute food and done so in a clean sterilized environment well taken care of. WELL DONE ALL OF YOU! We thanked them in person before leaving. You know how to keep yourselves and customers safe!

Nice and cosy place. Quite a drive through place I must say. Still our drinks were perfect as always at Tim Hortons....

Cleaner than other location in Edson. Obvious location to pick up mobile order. More attentive staff. Washrooms clean and supplied

That was the longest wait for a coffee in all of alberta but idk if it was the fresh mountain water or what but it tasted soon good.

It's a quiet area,clean and service is good and fast
