James is Awesome, i can not express my gratitude for his hard work, this is our 3rd vehicle we got by him, and I have to say we are so impressed at how this guy worked to get us what we needed and wanted. We love our new BMW and our new Ford Expedition. We traded our 2019 Dodge Caravan and our 2013 Ford F150 and we were extremely surprised that we were able to trade both at the same time and almost as same as our last monthly payments, with one little difference, our cars are newer and under warranty again. Now we are proud owners of the 2021 BMW and 2021 Ford Expedition fully loaded. So if you looking for someone who is going to be honest, and work hard to get you what you need and want then don't waste your time with the dealerships that would give you the round around and in the end, you probably would end up with what inventory couldn't be sold and maybe with problem vehicles too! James doesn't only work with people who have credit issues or low credit, he works with all types of credit Good, bad and ugly if he can't get u approved then maybe no one can!

Purchased a 2019 Sante Fe from Alberta Car Guys last month. I was dealing with a not so great employee at the beginning (which wasn’t the best experience) but as soon as James found out about it, he was sure to rectify the situation and get everything sorted out for us! Sam is super kind and very easy to talk to. He and Chris went above and beyond to ensure I got the vehicle I needed within my price range. I'd definitely recommend them to everyone (in fact I already have haha). It's a different experience pur having a vehicle than your standard on the lot purchase, but these guys make it as seemless as they can.

Man, what can I say about these guys. I was driving a 03 Caravan that was dying at a rapid rate and knew it was time to look into a new vehicle and with my lack of attention to my credit I thought I'd be buying a shopping cart but I gave these guys a call and explained my situation and after going over and above and basically going to battle for me they were able to get me approved on a 2017 Patriot. These people are amazing team they went up & Beyond any sales team i went to, Ronaye didnt stop tell she found me the car and Had my car wrapped as i wanted the Teal. In a process that would normally take over a week to find a vehicle, arrange financing and insurance; she was able to accomplish in just a few days!
