Very professional,caring, if needed anytime just a phone call away,Jim did the service for our Mom it was very
nicely done ,he included the great grandchildren which we all thought was so beautiful, I know my Mom would of loved it!! I would like to thank Jim and his staff for their service.

Jim Delaney and all the staff for that matter were very helpful at my time of need. They took me by the had and walked me through the whole prosses. Was very satisfied with the service and happy I chose to go with them.

Forest Haven was once a decent place. Since David Wilton took over, he busted the union and since pretty much replied on government paid grant workers.
He even cut my salary as a funeral director - ultimately leaving me with no choice but to walk away from the industry. His utmost fear of me opening my own prompted him to use his political influence to have my provincial license revoked. Shame on you!!!

Forest Haven picked up my brother’s remains from the hospital and cremated him when he was supposed to go to another funeral home for a family viewing.
Our family is devastated and nothing they say will ever heal the pain they caused! 😢
