Brauwerk Hoffman - Campbell's Bay

Oh wow, what a wonderful place! I'm so excited that we have such a brewery in our beautiful region. Their beers are all uniquely brewed and delicious! The tasting room/restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, HUGE but absolutely not commercial. They grow a lot of their own produce offered in their meals and whatever they can't grow, they obtain locally. Their menu is very creative with lots of German flair and everything I tasted was 5 stars.

Beautiful location, sat on the garden side of the patio & enjoyed the view! My husband & I both had the schnitzel special, absolutely worth it! My husband had the schwarzbier & I had the raspberry sour, both beers we great.

If you ask yourself, 'should I go here to eat?' And you say no or keep driving past - well then you made a huge mistake my friend! Like Pretty Woman mistake.

The food is original and just downright amazing. Everything I have had has been wonderful. The setting is so lovely, it's simple yet welcoming, and you would not know there was a small highway nearby.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and knowledgeable, as is the owner. They use a lot of farm to table - probably more than I know - and I love that.

And I believe they have live music regularly.

It can get pricey, depending on what you order, but if you are frugal it can still work. Still - it's worth it.

And the kicker - I don't like beer. But I really really enjoyed the Beer I had here. They have other choices than alcohol though, if that is your desire.

Lots of parking, open dining, open covered dining and indoor dining all available, easy to travel to. Large handicap accessible washroom, merchandise such as beer steins, and a brewery on site.

Note that they are only open seasonally and only on Fridays and Saturdays.

I highly recommend this restaurant, it is perfection!

This place is a jewel. Tucked into the trees near the river, it is a secluded getaway with amazing food, and super friendly people. We will be going here as often as possible.

I was there this passed Friday it was super busy but still got good service ,we only waited 15 minutes for our food :) the one lady said there short staffed but still got the job done there trying there best .The music and beer was amazing definitely be back again soon thanks for everything

Super cool spot for dinner & a pint! The architecture is really impressive, and definitely unexpected in this area. Friendly staff, awesome food, and the beer is fantastic. Try their Helles Lager, it's perfect for a sunny day.

We biked here on the PPJ. The Schnappchen beer was refreshing and the service was outstanding! The owners are wonderful. We plan to visit again soon!

Great variety of beer, authentic German food and awesome atmosphere!

I was in the area with a few friends for a weekend of rafting and stumbled upon this gem. The pretzels, pizza and 1989 IPA were great and the staff were even better! It absolutely deserves all the 5* ratings it has.

Brauwek Hoffman was a delight. An hour and a bit from Kanata but well worth the trip. The brewey is a German inspired brewey with many choices in beer and food. We had 2 different flights and all were great. The food was wonderful as well. You should call ahead for seating if you want to eat as seats are gone fast here. We shall be back again for Oktoberfest. Prost!

This place is worth the visit. First off great selection of beers all worth trying. You get your bang for your buck with the food too. The building and patio are all newly built, would definitely recommend making a reservation if going on a Friday or Saturday evening.
