Update - May 11th, 2024 (Mother's Day):
I just received today the loveliest card from the whole veterinarian's team with so much love from each of the team members along with a special gift inside that made me burst into tears as soon as I saw it. This is such an amazingly beautiful gift to receive on Mother's Day. It's something I'll forever treasure. ❤❤❤

The clinic staff started by discussing why what was wrong with the pet. They then recommended specific diet and treatments that can be tried without bringing my pet out of the house. So far, I have done 3 telephone consultations, and my pet is doing well. They are great caring listeners.

My cat unfortunately did not need care on that day, I was the one who needed the care, 911 were just awesome, of course if you choose to cure, save or take care of animals for a living, you get it! The amount of compassion and dead on understanding was beyond perfect. Grief is over and I just adopted the cutest pair of brother/sister tabbies, wouldn't dream of getting care anywhere else for them.

Diego was starved and abused by his previous monsters. PFP rescued him and I fostered him. I did all his Vet appointments with Animal 911. They were amazing with Diego considering his background, they were accomodating to me as a foster and gentle and caring to Diego. They made him feel special, nurses and staff came to see him just to pet him and give him treats. Since then Diego has become my foster fail and there is nothing in this world that is too good for my boy. This chosen child of mine is my world and even though i am not from the area i will continue to bring Diego there not only because of my experience with them but because they work together with the BEST rescue in Québec. Passion for Paws i trust and believe in them that Animal 911 will continue to provide the best care and service for my boy.

We made the switch to this clinic during the pandemic after multiple letdowns from their biggest competitor in the area. The service is much better. The staff is always kind and professional.

Great service. Very nice facilities. Great selection of pet food for prescription diets. Easy to park and easy to get to if you're in Dollard or Pierrefonds.

I called animal 911 for a
for my best friends dog Toby, they were super accommodating and gave me a same day appointment. Staff was nice, the vet took her time going through everything thoroughly and the nurse was with us from start to finish. I highly recommend this hospital.

I used to go to another vet in the West Island and I have to say that the service at 911 is 100% better. They’re compassionate, they are actually reasonable when it comes to pricing, they respect their appointment times, they follow up and most importantly they treat you And your pet with respect. And if they have room to fit you in on a same day appointment, they don’t charge the “emergency visit” price. They are very very fair.

I've brought Teddy, my berner, here since he was a 2 months old puppy and the staff have been nothing but professional and patient. I needed to bring Teddy in for an emergency because he injested some pest poison and they made the necessary arrangements for an emergency booking. Teddy is currently 65lb and we needed 3 staff members to hold him down and all of the staff were friendly and professional and loving to my dog. I am very grateful for the staff at Animal 9/11 and I'm sure Teddy loves seeing you guys too!

I want to thank everyone at Hôpital et Clinique Vétérinaire Animal 911 for the care they have given to my 2 cats, especially to my little Vanilla who passed away within a week of bringing her to get checked. The staff and Dr. Chad were very attentive and gentle with her and didn’t try to upsell any test or treatment that would have no effect on her prognosis. They showed compassion during this difficult time especially with me when I could barely speak on the phone without crying. Dr. Chad even called me to check on Vanilla’s condition and recommended the best treatment that would keep her comfortable as there was nothing that could reverse her condition. Her honesty, kindness, patience and empathy was truly appreciated as was the attention and care of all the nurses, technicians and reception personnel. Deepest thanks once again.

A huge thanks to everyone at Animal 911, the staff at reception is amazing and always sweet! The veterinarians and technicians are compassionate and always listen to my concerns. You can really tell they want the best for your animals and want them to be the most comfortable possible. Brought my two kitties for a check up and I’ve never seen them so relaxed in a vet clinic before, Dr. T and Meryssa were so patient with my typically more nervous cat and he was so calm and laying on the table like he owned it!

From the front desk staff, to the triage nurse, to the Dr's aid, the whole staff is fantastic. Dr. Thibault has a great team!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. My first visit and I know my pet is in great hands. Great job everyone!!!

I bring my cat here and they are so great everytime. They take their time to explain what I need to do each year for his vaccines to keep him healthy. Each time he's gone for an issue they explain what tests are needed and why. One of the techs even walked me through harness training (we have some work left at home to do, but it's going great so far). Only moving far enough away would keep me from this hospital 😊.

I have been to animal 911 3 times in the last month with both my dogs absolutely love this clinic and the staff!!! No long waits, very pleasant and the vet Dr Chad was kind, patient with my concerns and very thorough with my animals health and needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team of professionals to take care of all your fur babies.

Every time I book an appointment with a feeling they try to push and get more medical tests to be done that are unnecessary. I brought a cat for a routine check up and vaccination. $300 vs $200 after I declined all extra tests leaving out only consultation and vaccines. So be aware of what they offer and ask questions. But that trick works if your pet is getting a very good care at home, eats a good quality food, drinks enough water, exercises regularly, is indoor and doesn’t hangout outside leaking garbage.

I was looking for advice on how to feed my aging cat. I explained I wasn't looking for vetereary care. They took the time to explain the different options they had and gave me great advice on how to get my older cat to eat more food. I am so grateful for their kindness.

Our dog Paxson was sick for a while and after spending hundreds of dollars at his regular vet and they couldn't determine what was wrong, we decided
to get a 2nd opinion. We
contacted Animal 911 and they were able to give us a same day appointment. It turned out that my little guy was extremely dehydrated and so they needed to keep him overnight to give him IV fluids. The staff was so caring and communicated with us often to let us know how he's doing. They ultimately had to perform an ultrasound to determine what was the cause of illness . We ended up getting the worst news we could imagine. He had cancer and it was inoperable and spread to his liver. We had to make the heart wrenching decision to put him to sleep. It was my first time putting my dog to sleep so the nurse walked me through the process step by step. They were patient , caring and compassionate. They treated me and my dog with the utmost respect.
If I get another dog, Animal 911 will definitely be its main veterinary clinic.
