Fantastic staff and motivating people! Coaches are very approachable, down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable about general fitness and boxing. Underdog isn't just a gym for boxers it's a space to reach your fitness goals. Just be open about what you want to achieve and mentors like coach Lou will help you get there!

Easily the best boxing gym in town. The coaches are outstanding and the beginner and intermediate instruction is very well structured. Many people sign up just for fitness and a year or so down the line find themselves to be competent enough boxers to their surprise. For advanced students there is a whole array of experienced boxers to learn from and spar with. Their Muay Thai classes are also excellent and quite popular.

Loved my experience here. Lu is such a good trainer. Uplifting, humorous, attentive!! Highly recommend to any amateur or higher level boxer. Great location too. Good price. No wonder why it’s so reputable! Go go go.

UDBG... where to begin? This gym is the most authentic boxing gym in the city. It is truly unlike any other. I've been going for over a year now, and it's the greatest thing I've ever done for myself.

First, the classes are intense. Each class starts off with a HiiT session, followed by shadow boxing, glove work with a partner, glove work in the ring with one of the coaches, and finally a shorter HiiT session at the end to finish it off. Lasts a little over an hour and a half.

Second, the coaches are out of this world. Their knowledge is endless and their technique is flawless. If they see that you are dedicated to the sport, that you show up and put in the work, they will do everything in their power to make you the best boxer you can be.

This gym has become my favorite place in the world. The first time I walked in, I remember being so intimated that I just wanted to turn back around and walk out. But, as time passes, everyone makes you feel like a part of the family. Most of all, big shout out to Coach Lou. I truly believe this man hung the moon. He is, hands down, one of the most incredible and dedicated coaches I've ever met.

Thanks to all of the coaches for making UDBG what it is today. Olympians, pro boxers, amateurs, beginners... it's the most eclectic mix of fighters and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Awesome gym! I have been going to Underdog since April 2013 and this gym has become like a 2nd family to me! If you're looking to get in crazy shape while learning the awesome sport of boxing, this is definitely the place to do it.

Visited from out of town looking to work a bag. Friendly staff, clean, big space with great new equipment and Frampton vs Santa Cruz on the TV, can't ask for more.
Will come again next time I'm in town and hope to get some sparring in!
