I don't know why there are these bad reviews. We've been staying here for 3 nights and the room is super nice and clean,
The staff has been really nice and accommodating. They even had turned on the air conditioning before we arrived so that it would be nice and cool when we got there during this heat wave. The hotel is cute and quirky with its 80's style decor. And it's pet friendly which is rare nowadays. We didn't use the pool due to lack of time but it looked really nice and super clean. We had a great time and we will definitely be back again. 😊

We stayed at the family room, and it was very spacious for five of us, the four kids had each of their own beds, and I had my separate room. Didn’t have time to explore more, hopefully will come back in the future.

The room was really clean, and the employees we're really nice. Great location, really close to the malls. Strong smell of cigarette in the elevator. Apart from that, great stay!

Happy With the Overall experience, Check in was ok, just the floors are confusing, took a while to figure out the way to reception from Room. Breakfast is great. Would stay here again.

The room with the mezzanine is actually pretty nice and spacious, perfect for work. A little balcony to get fresh air. Up to now everything is perfect!

Older hotel but safe, clean, great location and the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a while

We spent 3 nights last week .Good rates , good service even without the room cleaning due to pandemic. Sure I'll be going there next time I'm in Quebec city ❤❤

the slide was not slippery, but I love the toffu on the gorund, I found a gressy under my bed ate it, it was extravagant. I am still waiting for room service, its been 10 years.my teacher is a boss I love you madame $$$$$$$$$$$$

Not the run of the mill hotels like I normally stay at. Bedroom was in a loft, staff was great and didn't mind speaking English. I would go back.

Good hotel. Simple, elegant & sweet. Patrons who burn their toast need to adjust the knob on the rolling toaster.

Very friendly staff, clean, and has other great tourist services. Close to the highway and to other attractions sites. Would highly recommend it.
