The Noble Fox Bar and Grill

I predominantly am not a big Mexican food fan and typically don't eat refried beans but this restaurant is without a doubt the best Mexican food this side of the border. The refried beans are second to none and words can't explain how good they are. Even if you're just passing through Bashaw this is absolutely worth the stop.

First time and it was great. Good folks and good food. Perfect evening.

Our family and some friends went to this Restaurant for a Birthday get together. The Latin food was fantastic. The service second to none. The Owners are very personable and kind. They really went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Very cozy setting, coffee is better than any we have had. Cannot say enough about this little nest egg in the middle of nowhere Alberta.

Fantastic food. Great atmosphere. Carlos and his wife are very welcoming and friendly. All of the staff are a delight to speak to. A wonderful dining experience. Save room for an Empanada you will thank me later. My compliments to the Chef. Definitely a destination for a meal out.

I haven't eaten here yet, but I am moving to the area. Just to let you know, most of us appreciate your choice to stay open. Those who cite public safety as a reason for you to close, clearly forget what it is like to make a decision for themselves. I for one will be supporting your right to conduct your business the way you want too! Thank you for being who you are. I can't wait to try your food!

A truly a family owned and operated business, which I love. The owner's Caroline and Carlos are warm and welcoming. I wanted to order a flat white coffee but didn't see it on the menu. I asked Caroline if they offered it and she happily responded "it's not on our menu but I can make one for you if you like." Coffee was great, the slice of homemade carrot cake was moist and delicious, definitely not the factory made and packaged deserts the chains serve. Nice atmosphere too - kind of a vintage look to the place. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Ordered hot breakfast for everyone at our office. It was delivered on time, set up was amazing and the food was FANTASTIC! Eggs came with a homemade salsa that was delicious, bacon was perfectly done, sausages were so tasty, hash browns had the perfect amount of cheese on top. The Noble Fox staff also provided tea and coffee as well was fresh fruit, muffins, and baked goods! Highly recommend

We visited this place a year ago, and just went again this evening. We've eaten Mexican food across the United States and in probably a dozen different cities in Mexico. This is right up there with the best, and the coconut crusted tilapia is outstanding.

My friend and I are visiting bashaw and we stopped at the noble fox for some supper. Everything about it was amazing!! Amazing vibes, amazing customer service, and especially amazing food! Whether you live in bashaw or just passing through definitely stop and give this place a try! I’d give 10 stars if I could!!

Great coffee and served at the perfect temperature to start drinking right away. Very sociable staff that provide a warm feel to the place. Only critique was the London fog I got once was way to sweet but that was a while back.

This is the best Mexican restaurant I have been to. Period. The food is unreal!! So good!! The owner and his wife are the friendliest people i have met. I STRONGLY recommend this place. I drive 1hr and 45min to eat here and will be back numerous times this summer!

Just visited The Noble Fox and lovely owners and one of the best coffees we've tasted in Cochrane and Calgary so far. Glad we came across it today by chance. Great work guys keep it up. We need more local businesses like this one.

The Noble Fox has been a great treat to the little town of Bashaw. The food, the service and the atmosphere are top notch and I always recommend this establishment to anyone asking for a great place to eat, drink or have a great time. The owners are extremely entertaining and are always looking for new ways to keep people coming back. We've watched UFC fights, hockey and football games as well as live music since they opened. 100% recommend!

Lovely little coffee shop just off the main stretch through Cochrane. Staff are very friendly! Excellent little space, would definitely drop in again next time I'm travelling through that way.

This little shop and its owners/operators are absolutely amazing! Carlos and Carolyn are extremely friendly and make sure everyone feels comfortably at home and welcomed. The food and drinks here are not something to be missed! Wholesome and delicious Latin food like Enchiladas, Fajitas, Nachos, Pupusas, and Empanadas. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu no matter what you choose! Bonus is that they have gluten free options and dairy alternatives available. Their chai latte is the best I've had in many years. Caramel apple spice and apple steamers are addictively delicious. I haven't had a single thing here that I didn't like and absolutely have no complaints whatsoever! I will be back again and again and again!
