Had an issue with my Insurance that I needed to address. Alora from the Edmonton Branch in the morning and Cindy from Sherwood Park professionally answered my questions and were both super helpful. Always nice to chat with personable staff who also have a sense of humor. Call them for great service.

Erin is probably the number one best customer service support associates I have had in a long time. I called about our home policy, but I received so much more out of this phone call.

She noticed that our policies (auto + home) was coming up for renewal, and she thoroughly went through every single thing in our policies to make sure all of the details were current and up-to-date. She took time to ensure we understood all the aspects of our add-ons. There were several pieces I did not know we even had!

She gave very valuable advice when I inquired about our cancelling a portion of our policy. She saved us money and gave us so much peace of mind because we learned what we were exactly covered for.

We were on the call together for about 45 minutes, but there was no time wasted at all. She did way more than I asked for and for that I am truly grateful.

The Rep. I spoke with was friendly and able to help me get my truck insured quickly. They're providing insurance for my truck, motorcycle, and quad... and are a lot cheaper than every other provider I've gotten quotes from.

She has had our back through many different situations and always made us feel at ease and well informed on all our polices. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything as well. I needed to schedule (list specifically for added coverage) an item on my homeowner's policy. When I called Canada Brokerlink's general phone number Gurpreet answered my call.

She was a breath of fresh air after my previous call earlier in the day with a different person from another location who gave me wrong information, costing me an hour of time.

Been with them since 2015 my rates have stayed at a reasonable level proportionate to the amount of stuff covered when everyone else’s rates took big jumps up mine went down hands down the best insurance company I’ve dealt with in my 30 years of driving and oh boy will they bend over backwards to try and help you get you new vehicle on the that day especially if you buy it on a Friday this is the only company in my experience that I’ve been able to buy a car at 4:30 pm on a Friday and still manage to get it on the road legally before they close at 5 on the same Friday most other companies will tell it’s to late to take care of it today come back on Monday

Customer service is on point all the time, super fast response times to every one of my “hey…I’ve misplaced my insurance card again…” requests, like I’m talking it’s sent within seconds. Anyone who is out there with a need for insurance you probably have a lot of questions you want answered. Sometimes you even have questions that need answering that you do not even know how to ask or that they do not exist until after the fact.

In my short handful of years as a client of insurance I have learned a lot about different things that effect your rates and payments. I made the switch to Taylor Made Summer of 2017. Jamie Filewich is a wizard I swear. She has always listened to my concerns and worked with me and my personal situations.

From getting better rates than my existing insurance company even while being aware of my first collision, to creating a policy while I was on a Jasper trip and only receiving photos of my paperwork, she has always made sure that we wrapped everything up and on time.

There have been a few times I have switched vehicles for a variety of reasons in the last couple months and she has seamlessly transferred everything without causing me to worry.

The most important part I can add, that reflects great training from Taylor Made and excellent service from Jamie Filewich, is that there is literally no waiting time to hear back from her about my concerns and she will go the length of phoning in to different places before receiving all the documents to double check I have a heads up on anything that is changing.

I have dealt with Tailor Made for as long as I can remember Colin Knott always went above and beyond to accommodate me and my insurance needs.
