Placed the order late last night and got my first order from Apniroots online Grocery today.
The whole experience has been top class.
Their tracking app and order confirmation system is very impressive . The staff is attentive, I got a call to offer me substitutions for some products and they honoured the Sale price as well on them.
The fresh produce items were good quality and fresh. Everything was packed properly and Gurkaran , the delivery guy was very pleasant and polite. I am surely going to be using this service again.

Really bowled over by the prompt service and the freshness of the vegetables I had asked for. Everything was packed neatly and the tracking app for delivery was on point as well. Courteous and helpful with a large inventory of groceries considered essential in India at least! I hope they keep it up. We need this.

The quality of vegetables and fruits were super fresh and the pricing was I’m very compatible to the store. Plus I liked how if the order was placed before noon, it’s delivered the same day. Overall I will be using there service moving forward for all my Indian groceries.

The representative rathee than simply removing and refunding called me and gave option for replacements
The vegetables picked were very fresh and they did not smell,neither were rotten.
Packaging was decent and delivery was within 24 hours.

I ordered for the first time and the service was fantastic! Right from their easy to use website to a very personalized experience to timely delivery. They keep the customer at the heart of their business, cannot go wrong with a model like that. Keep up the good work team!

First time order. Delivery was prompt. However they should deliver to apt door not ask people especially seniors or disabled to come downstairs. They also need to update their website with out of stock items. They ran out of 2 items and we had to compromise and get something else instead.

I am happy with my online purchase and delivery. I got all my items on time. Vegetables were fresh and delicate items were separately packed with care. The delivery person also maintained social distance.I highly recommend them.

This was my first order with apniroots.The service was great and on time. Was amazed to find online location tracker of the delivery. I was reached out through multiple means such as phone, text, voicemail, email and even whatsapp call! since I could not pickup the call. The person, upon my request even came back again for delivery though I missed it at the first place. All the items that I ordered were there and I was offered to choose a product since the one I ordered was unavailable. Excellent customer service!

This was our first time ordering with apniroots and we are very impressed with the quality of every item delivered. They also made an exception for us to do the same day delivery which is very much appreciated. We will definitely be their regular customers !!

They are very efficient and punctual in delivering order.They called for any replacement required and replacement was perfect . They packed all stuff very systematically and in transparent bag so its easy to see things ordered. They have enormous varieties in Indian grocery. I loved their services . The delivery person was very very polite .

Service was good till some time until October but this month it was horrible. call never work, sellers email no response, whatsapp chat no response. not sure if they have lost some staff or something but at least give some update, we can understand as to help out but clear communication is important. asked for price adjustment refund and no response. changed product without consulting and when tried to follow up, no response. Less than 1 start service.

If still no response then next time no order from Apniroots, just lost 1 customer.

We already have many things to deal and in those things, if something like this gets added then it becomes really frustrated.

Great variety of products and very quickly delivered. Best part is they usually have same items of different brands, so in case of non-availability you still can choose other brands and don't have to go elsewhere. The items also come well packed and are nicely delivered. Must for Indian groceries!

I have ordered multiple times. Great Indian vegetarian and halal options. Reasonable pricing. I have had no issues with the service. They call to confirm replacements of out of stock items which is great.

1st Experience was good enough. Product ordered were all fresh and good quality. It seems delivery usually happens in evening. Looking forward for doing more business with them.

I have been ordering groceries from Apni Roots for the past 1 year. Customer Service has a wide variation- I have received very prompt and courteous service but also at times apathetic and unreachable. However, during the pandemic they have proved to be invaluable. I can see they are going above and beyond to fulfill their orders and I am very grateful for that.

Very good service. We order regularly from them. Always deliver on time. Once some items were not delivered but charged for. On writing to them immediately the items were delivered. Highly recommended.

On time delivery . calls before the delivery . Very decent safe delivery drivers. I am extremely pleased with this service.I was suffering from serious multiple fractures and they went out of the way to make sure the heavy grocery bag was properly placed so I would have no difficulty in reaching it
