Quite often it’s the management at the store that do an amazing job which their head office colleagues do not. This is typically what happened in my experience with storage mart. The head office people roughed me up with some tough talk and it was the ladies at the store Ms Cheryl and her deputy Brittney that cajoled me back to the signing the contract for two units. Well done ladies - it’s your demeanour, customary aplomb and efficiency that increases business for storage mart. Well done - keep up the good work!

Amazing customer service skills. Sharon and Britney were amazing. During my first visit Sharon provided me all the info. I needed and Britney helped me to do all the settings. Both were very helpful, patient, professional and polite. Thanks a lot!

Went into this new storage facility looking for a unit and could not have been happier with the experience. Britney was supper helpful, she explain everything clearly and she made the whole process seemless always behaving very professional. The place is brand new has a huge unloading garage and is very well lit.
