First time renting a unit and was extremely satisfied with the service & information provided by Nikita. Went back to fill out the paperwork and had amazing service with Callie . Highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer for three years and beyond happy. Our family thoroughly enjoys visits with Robyn as she always seems to pick up our moods. Customer service is by far the best we have all experienced and always look forward to our visits.

The units are well kept, clean and the site is was looking good great.

Such an awesome facility. Choices between temperature controlled or outdoor units, many different sizes depending on storage needs and they sell locks on site in case you are not prepared! It is a tad expensive but totally worth the price for feeling that my stuff is secure. Robyn was super duper helpful in getting me all set up with the right size unit with temp control (I have instruments that could be damaged from the weather changes) and informing me about how to make payments, change my unit, etc. She was delightfully happy while still maintaining a professional attitude, just the perfect balance! Having a great experience so far, I will be storing for a while so I'm happy to have found such a great space! It is always clean, there is always equipment to help haul heavy items into the elevator, the timed lights are great and the unit doors & walls are in great shape!

I have felt like I am bothering people whenever I come in to pay my bill and such but Robyn is always happy to see me, always upbeat and laughing, such a pleasant person to see! I'm glad you're passing this along because all too often, people get told the bad things they're doing but do not get recognition for the good they do. Recent update (Jan 2022)
Had an issue with my card, totally forgot to update with Zoom. Robyn helped me by giving me a card change form AND showing me the new online portal and how to update my card online. Absolutely amazing customer service!!

I was helped by Samantha to figure my storage needs and my hundred questions, never having had rented storage before. Communication was clear and easy to understand and Samantha was so kind and helpful. I finished the paperwork with Robyn and again, she too was patient with my questions and my not sending Completed forms right away,Robyn was encouraging, energetic, very helpful and an honest to Goodness an extremely happy, cheerful and outgoing person! Very please with the level of customer service by these two, cant wait to use the Zoom Storage in Brampton, this was super easy, and very affordable and fair prices. Great company, excellent staff, would highly recommend and would use again and if needed!! Thank you Robyn, Samantha and Zoom!

Robyn is absolutely wonderful!! Very accommodating and has a very enthusiastic/ compassionate nature. She answered all my questions swiftly and was able to get me into a storage unit and complete the paperwork in a timely manner. I love the fact that this storage unit is 24/7 access.

I am writing a review on behalf of Elisa Marcelino because she doesn't have a Google account and both Elisa and Robyn agreed for me to do so. Also, I was impressed with Robyn's professionalism so I volunteered to write a review. Elisa and I went to inquire about the storage for Elisa yesterday and we were given a warm welcome by Robyn. She has a warm, friendly personality and she was very professional in explaining the policies. She is concerned with the customers' best interest.

Robyn is very good in doing her job. The company is so lucky to have her. She got an exceptional customer service that can make the customer at ease and comfortable. The place is also very clean and inviting.

I have storage here, for a few years now and have had the pleasure of getting to know Robyn throughout my belongings stay. From the beginning her customer service has and still is the best cs I have received in all my years of cs interactions. I give 5 stars because of her. She is a pleasure to correspond with, is patient and understanding of life's challenges and is always willing to work with to the best of her ability for you.

We used to have parking there before it shut down but we loved them that we went back to get storage. It’s very spacious for my large delivery van. I work very odd hours and appreciate the 24/7 access. The staff are fantastic, usually deal with Robyn and her cheery personality. Always making sure we leave with a smile. Would definitely recommend this storage.

Great service from the staff at zoom zoom. We were moving here from out of town and Robyn was very detailed with the whole process. When we arrived a couple weeks after initial inquiry, we were very happy with the unit, site, security and the overall friendly happy nature. Confident and happy with zoom zoom storage.

Very pleased with the welcoming service you get here. I called a few days to reserve a spot at the Clark rd location and I was helped with every step to secure the reservation. Had the pleasure of talking to Robyn, and she is a delight to deal with and so helpful and it's very rare now a days to find people who talk to people in a very pleasant way along with a little humor. Zoom Zoom Storage facility is one of the best places where you can safely store your personal belongings. The facilities are very clean and secure also it’s very organized. Security cameras are constantly working to ensure the safety of both your belongings and yourself and there’s a lot of signs so that your not lost around the facility. Tay one of the representatives is very professional and goes above and beyond to assist you in anything you may need. She’s very helpful when it comes to selecting a storage unit and also very informative when it comes to helping you set up your units. Outstanding work as always and very friendly services. Keep up the good work.

I had a great first-time experience in the Brampton location as Robyn assisted me through the whole process. She was very informative and professional about the conditions in the facility. Although, it wasn't much difference in pricing with other storage unit companies her customer service made me felt confident about renting a space in this location. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know.

I was recommended by my hubby. I received exceptional customer service from Robyn she was helpful & had a bubbly personality which is needed during this time. I looked at the units & they appeared very clean. The property is well secure with 24 hour camera. I would reccomend Zoom Zoom storage & hope you get Robyn.

Front desk was very welcoming and informative. never used storage before, helped clear up some confusion friends caused on sizing and we are able to save more. toured the facility.

Clean, bright, spacious and pretty straight forward. We really appreciate the time taken to show us the ropes and feel confident about storing and our move in general. Other facilities we went to did NOT do any of this.

Soon as our sale goes through this is where we are going! Wish we went here first.
