Canada Post

This post office is really good so far I’ve been using them for about a month now for shipping and receiving and I get all my packages no problems at all. The line ups on weekends may be a bit long but that’s not on them. I find the hours of operation reasonable as well. If you have to get to things after work this is a good location. I’m sad that the post office downtown Toronto just shut down out of nowhere I hope this location stays in the mall.

Shaalinee the manager at Canada Post is a school for excellent customer service. Dealing with her was one of the most positive experiences I have ever had. Beyond excellence!

I am not sure why this place has only 2.5 stars. I have been to this location atleast 4 times in the past year and have always had a great experience. The staff, especially Shailenee, are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

The past two years I have been using this Canada post location. The customer service is nothing short of excellence. Given this is attached to the City centre and the staff constantly trying to keep up with the high volume of customers, I would say they are doing a fantastic job ! I have the pleasure of visiting their location twice a month and never am I disappointed. Keep up the great work. Canada post should be proud you are on their team !

I am surprised to learn that a lot of people are unhappy with the Post Office in Shoppers. I have nothing but great experience dealing at the service desk. Friendly, professional and helpful clerks. My postmen/women are great as well. Thank you Canada Post!

I came in here for the first time to mail an iphone to a family member. I had the pleasure of dealing with Meagan. She was great! She showed me where everything was and was so helpful and polite. It is always such a pleasure to receive great customer service. Thanks Meagan!

I wanted to send a CD pkg to UK but did know that we have to fill a customs form. But Annie took care of everything and filled the form online and saved my time. A big thank you !

I honestly can’t complain the staff was professional and were able to answer the questions I asked.

Months ago, I rushed in to mail something to my insurance. That associate was very helpful and accurate. Weeks later, my insurance gave me what I needed.
