I went there for my lower back extreme pain.Peter and Mohammed were my therapist. They did a great job and after four sessions with the combination of massage therapy and exercise, I felt so much better. Their customer service, finding the cause and treatment were outstanding. Keep on the good job!

I've had to visit this clinic many times over the past few years for various maladies and adjustments to my back, neck, shoulders, and hands (post-op). The people are friendly and caring and put patients like me at ease. I was always made to feel welcome, comfortable, and relaxed. They do great work and I feel better every time I visit. Fantastic outcome from a pretty bad injury. Combination of physio plus massage. The massage is not your typical massage. The massage therapist there is very different treatment. It is pretty extreme but an outstanding outcome. I am so grateful. Always on time, always pleasant people who know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Have been going here for just about a year now and I absolutely love it! The receptionist, Julie, is incredibly thorough and a lovely personality for the front of the centre. The physiotherapists (mine is Farah and she treated me effectively and made sure to take into account everything I told her about my injury) and the assistants are all a wealth of knowledge, are professional yet personable, and make sure you are aware of what they are doing and the reasons for it. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, and timely.

In my opinion, the most notable aspect is that the staff make you feel taken care of. Farah made sure that I understood what my injury was and took the time to explain it and answer all my questions afterwards. She also then explained how she would fix it, and why it was important I did my exercises!

TL;DR : Would highly, highly, recommend! I've had nothing but good experiences.

After my Achilles surgery it was very difficult to find a clinic that felt I was going to recover well enough to get back to activity. I am so pleased with the level of care, knowledge and range of therapy services provided at Aurora Physiotherapy. After a few visits I was feeling the recovery progress. They really measure your progress and adapt the exercises so that you recover a little quicker and stronger.
The entire staff is truly dedicated to therapy and exercise rehabilitation from beginning to end on every session. I noticed the difference in the level of service, quality care and knowledge. It is really appreciated. Thank you.

The physio and assistants at Aurora Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation centre brought me back to life! Thank you Farah for the time and training and all the exercises that you Taught me. I have a brand new shoulder now…. Better than it was before my tragic bicycle accident! I had 3 breaks at my shoulder joint. My mobility was zero. I have been going to Aurora Physio for some time now for help with my back problems. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and I look forward to my visits. It is impossible to not like Bonita. As well as being very competent, she is a continuous source of entertainment. Great place.

I began coming to Aurora Physiotherapy a few months ago after I was involved in a pedestrian accident. My rehabilitation was a team effort and thanks to Bonita, Luke, Jintu, and Julie (and others there too) I was able to return to full time work last month. If you are looking for a group of dedicated, professional and compassionate people who will support you when you need it most then I would highly recommend you go here. It took me some time to find this place and honestly I am so grateful that I did.

Most incredible service. The ENTIRE STAFF is extremely attentive.Even behind the curtains they are very aware that you are there and they make sure you are taken care of.
The physio clinic is a part of my life. I know that the work that they do affects the quality of my daily living.

I had severe Achilles tendonitis from a pair of poor fitting shoes and saw the team at Aurora Physiotherapy. The staff treated the inflammation, taught me exercises, recommended a brace and educated me on proper shoes. I'm back to walking 5km a day pain free! Thank you so much Aurora Physio!

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. I was given a personalized treat plan that worked for me and I felt that all my questions or concerns were always answered.

Came in with spine degerated chushing my nerve causing extream unbareable pain. I need sergery to releave the pain. Within two visited, the pain has decreased by more that 70%. The pain will never go away until I have the sergery but in the mean time, I can still live with pain that I can endure without a cane.

The staff are knowledgeable, competent, attentive, watchful, and pursue their vocation with warmth and wit. You notice the team-based system in use quite quickly.

Very helpful, qualified and friendly staff. I am currently undergoing physio for a fractured ankle and ribs and I appreciate the effort put forward by everyone here. The atmosphere if very relaxing and positive. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Bonita was amazing! I would recommend to anyone looking for physio/rehab therapist. I broke a bone in my elbow in a sports accident and she guided me through the entire process. She was honest about her expectations throughout the entire process and made sure going in I knew it wasn't going to be an over night fix.

I have been going to Aurora Physiotherapy for many years They are knowledgeable, caring and can get me in fast if I need to change my appointment . The atmosphere is amazing. I don't think I would be walking without assistance if it wasn't for their care over the years.
