Love love love this place and all the friendly staff including Mike who is the owner. I came here because my husband had strongly recommend it . Mike had healed him 10 years ago and he was very happy and satisfied with Mike and the treatment he received. Mike is fantastic and very dedicated : He makes you feel at home and it’s a joy coming here to seek treatment and be healed, He is very professional and does a good job. He is flexible and accommodating and allows me to use the exercise equipments for an extra hour even though my appointment is for only 1 hour. I have recommended him to my close friends as I am very satisfied with the treatment.

I was referred to Paramount Physio by a friend who has being a long term client of Mike's and I'm not surprised. Having experienced a number of physiotherapist in the past I was sceptical that I will be shown some exercises and hooked up to a machine for the rest of the appointment. My experience ended up being far from that and very positive. I was healing from a shoulder injury and Mike was wonderful and within weeks I'm back to my normal range of motion. He is very experienced, listened to his clients and who knew going to Physio can actually be fun. He's really set the bar high and gained a lifer in me for any future needs. Thank you Mike for helping me get better!!!

I highly recommend Paramount for all your physio needs. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I went there for tendonitis in my wrist, and was very pleased by the results that Mike (owner) provided. If I ever need physio again, I will definitely use Paramount!

I had sciatica problems. I was bed ridden for 2 days. All I can say is thank you Mike you are the best. He fixed my problem and I was able to move in just 2 sessions.

This is the only physio clinic you need to go to - they genuinely are interested in making you feel better. Amazing staff - i have had my treatment with Ryan and Priya in the past for shin splints (running injury) and knee pain (fell on ice).

I had a workplace injury and I had been at home for 6 months and switched over to paramount and 2 months later i am fully recovered returning to work. Priya was my physiotherapist and she did an amazing job treating my injury. Not only was she professional but also very friendly, kind and always smiling with a positive attitude.

I would recommend this physio to anyone looking for a good quality and speedy recovery.

This is the best physiotherapy experience I've ever had...Before Mike, I would visit various clinics in hopes of getting better from therapy but was often left feeling unsatisfied and in the same pain I came in with. (I suppose it's good for business if you have temporary relief, to encourage repeat visits)....

I had almost given up on physio therapy altogether, until a friend had referred to Mike... I 'm so happy he did...Mike is cut from a different cloth and has done wonders for me in my healing process. For the first time, my functional mobility, and quality of life has improved significantly. Although I have some ways to go, I think I'll get where I want to be in no time.....

My experience at Paramount has been nothing but exceptional. I went in with back and neck pain due to a recent car accident. Priya, my physiotherapist listened to the complaints I had from the pain and was able to guide me through exercises specific to those certain areas. In less than 3 months my back was back to normal and I experienced little to no discomfort. She was very friendly and always smiling, with a positive attitude. Would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family. The staff at Paramount are very pleasant and kind.

Paramount Physio has extremely competent and professional clinicians who take their time assessing you and listening to your concerns. They also all have a great relationship with each other, which contributes to the welcoming and easy-going atmosphere. Kiren has been my primary clinician, and is incredibly warm and knowledgeable, however I would feel comfortable with any other clinician in the clinic. I would 100% recommend this clinic to friends and family.

The people at Paramount Physiotherapy are amazing! I’ve been going there for a while now and I never leave disappointed. I’m being treated by Mike for my back currently and let me tell you he knows how to do his job! I went to a chiropractor before and after 6 months nothing changed, but when I came back to Paramount were I’m treated by Mike to correct my spine, I saw a difference in 2 weeks. Mike diagnosed without an x-ray and although I got one before, this is the only place I saw change.

Kiren Is a funny attentive and professional Physiotherapist. I came in with severe rotator cuff injuries. Kiren know exactly how to address and treat my injury. Thanks to her amazing treatment I’m ninety percent fully recovered. I would definitely recommend Kiren as a must see as your number one physiotherapist.

Around Feb 2022 I herniated my L4-L5 and needed some help getting back to normal. I found Paramount Physio, Kiren is my physiotherapist. She has been wonderful, understanding and patient with me. Over the course of a year and a half we had so much progress. Kirens determination, spirit and know how really helped my recovery. She taught many things ranging from nerve flossing to legitimate workouts you can do at home or in the gym. I am now slowly getting back to playing soccer and lifting heavy at the gym. Without her I would not be where I am at right now. The staff at Paramount Physio are kind, respectful and treat you like family.

I can’t say enough good things about Kiren and the team at Paramount Physiotherapy. My son broke his leg in multiple places with bone displacement, and several specialist at SickKids said physio wouldn’t be necessary. But after the cast came off he developed a very noticeable limp. He has made such great progress in Kiren’s care, so much that he was able to rejoin his team playing baseball. Thanks for your hard work, I highly recommend this clinic!

Amazing group of physiotherapists in this place. I had an injury from a very long time and when I visited this place for therapy, I met Priya and she spent almost an hour just to listen and understand my injury. After that, she understood my injuries so precisely that she worked on the right muscles and joints and made sure I look at a holistic improvement on my core strength and mobility. Now I know how to strengthen the right muscles with the exercises she provided carefully curated for my specific situation. Though I have to follow those exercises everyday, even if I miss for a few days and if I start getting the pain again, I am confident that I can control and overcome the pain quickly. All thanks to Priya and the kind of workout regime she created for me. Thank you so much Priya! I sure know where to go, if I or anyone in my family has an injury. :)

Ryan is the best, all members of our family have been treated by him. Very polite, respectful and patience.

I have searched PHYSIO clinics on Google that deal with WSIB because I was injured at work, and Paramount has the highest rating around my area, it was a bonus because it's only 2 mins drive from my house. I had the treatment for my PCL tear last year, and Kiren the Physiotherapist did an amazing job, every single time, I went for my treatment, she was very welcoming and always have a positive vibes. She was very gentle and understanding of my pain and guide me through my treatment. The clinic is not big but all the staff were nice and friendly. We need people like them, especially with the pain and discomfort that we have. I would recommend this clinic 100% to my friends and relative!

Kiren is an amazing physiotherapist (and person). I dislocated my shoulder ~2 years ago and had subluxed it multiple times since then. She helped rehabilitate and provided me with a regimen to strengthen it and I haven't had issues with it since. I also had a multifidus injury and she diagnosed the root cause and helped me focus on prevention. If you need a physiotherapist, don't look any further.
