Quality Inn & Suites

We booked three rooms with other family and we’re all very satisfied. Jackie, who helped with the breakfast in the morning, was very lovely and helpful. Sausage, eggs, pancakes make for a hearty breakfast- the cappuccino machine was perfect. Pool was clean and sauna was hot. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient. Will stay here again.

Nice spot across from the Hotel there is a NO Frills Grocery store. A few Restaurants in the same area. 1 Restaurant at the same location as the Grocery store. The staff is very friendly. We rented 1 of there suite and is very roomy. The room that we were in was very clean and I have no complaints about the room we stayed in. Free breakfast every morning. There is a Sauna, hot tub and a large pool and very clean. They have a gym and free WiFi. Very easy to get around as the Highway 410 is just 2 seconds away.

After the incredible night I had celebrating my brother’s wedding, I arrived in the wee hours of the morning excited for a nice fresh bed to crash in. I slept quite well given the condition I was in and miraculously woke up at what I thought was 9:30, the time that the complimentary breakfast stops being served at. It was in fact 10:20. Crushed, I thought to myself, how will I ever nourish my ailing body and give it the sustenance it so badly requires and give myself a better chance at survival? Visibly troubled and distressed by my tardiness, a guest services aka angel and miracle worker named Jackie took notice. She saw the opportunity to be the most kind, gracious, and empathetic human being and did not disappoint. She said softly, do you want me to bring you some eggs, bacon, and a bagel? I couldn’t believe my ears and barely got a word out before she headed to the kitchen to make my personal breakfast, “are you… the most magical human ever?” Moments later, Jackie came out with the miraculous breakfast that gave me the strength to persevere and conquer the day.

Jackie in the kitchen was wonderful! We got to the hotel very late and then only had a few hours sleep. Got down to breakfast late. It had closed. She went to the kitchen and still got us food! Great experience!

Stay was lovely. Jacky was rlly sweet, woke up late for breakfast and she went out of her way to get breakfast for us and everything. Amazing service!

Came here for 2 days was glad with our room minus a random blood stain on floor however the service here was really good this lady Jackie allowed us to get breakfast when we were 20 mins late so we really appreciated

The Manager at the Quality Inn in Brampton Mr. Mathew is an angel! He was able to accommodate the District C Track and Field Team with 26 rooms at the last minute when the Fairfield Marriot cancelled all our rooms even though they had cash our cheque on May 1st! The Manager Mr. Mathews came in on Saturday morning when he didn't need to, just to make sure everything was okay with our team! He also made sure that all the athletes from a total of four Districts received breakfast by opening the buffet earlier than normal! I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff members are very friendly, Rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Lot of options in breakfast, It's a quiet place for a comfortable stay.

Gym, Good Internet, Swimming pool, Filtered drinking water fountain, coffee machine available at all time. Over all a great place to stay.

Only two things - Lift is slow, you would rather take the steps , very less option in TV channels.

Really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are also lovely!

The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Check in was very simple and we stayed on in the common area because we had eight hours between check out and our flight.

My friend and I stayed here for a 3 day conference within one of the hotels meeting rooms.
We were given an amazingly cheap group rate .
We found our room extremely clean and the beds were luxurious to sleep in.

Yes. It's a very nice, affordable, clean hotel. We spent there 3 days. Hotel has sauna, indoor pool with salt water and hot tub. Kids enjoyed it. We had a good time. Front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. 20 min away from Canada Wonderland, 40 minutes from Zoo, 30 minutes from Toronto downtown and aquarium.

Negotiated a better rate and accepted a less desirable room. Staff was friendly. No complaints👌

If there would be an option to give more than 5 stars I would definitely love to do that. The staff is awesome. They treated me very well. Front desk girl was new still she gave her best in assisting me. Housekeepers are good too. Overall excellent experience.
