We had very good experience , staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful to everyone. There was a nice family friendly environment .Simple clean room was equipped with all basic needs including breakfast. Good place to stay with kids swimming pool,laundry facilities available there. You won’t miss home.

Perched on the edge of Toronto’s bustling metropolis, Home2 Suites by Hilton in Brampton offers a tranquil oasis, in the middle of industrial zone, that caters to the business budget travellers. A stone’s throw from the hum of Toronto Pearson International Airport, this establishment is a gateway to the charms of the surrounding areas.

The suites are a masterclass in space maximization, with cleverly designed ikea furniture that can be reconfigured to suit your needs. The inclusion of a small kitchen, complete with modern quite appliances, allows for a self-catered experience that can be rare in hotel accommodations. They have no stove or oven but you can get a single electric burner at the front desk and they also have two BBQ near the lobby.

Mornings are greeted with a simple complimentary breakfast selection, at nice lounge near the front desk, where the offerings limited spectrum from factor fresh egg bits, one with meat and the other without. They also fruit, cereal, toast and condiments for hearty to health-conscious, ensuring a nice start to the day.

For those who like to keep active, this hotel shares a gym, a laundry facility and a fitness centre with attached hotels , allowing guests to multitask with ease. The very shallow indoor heated pool is a welcome feature, providing a year-round option for exercise for anyone travelling with kids. Of course it is so shallow and short it would be hard to exercise in.

Brampton is noted as an unsafe area but I did not see anything strange

Recommendation: For those venturing to around this area, Home2 Suites by Hilton in Brampton is a commendable choice, offering the comforts of home with the added benefits of low end luxury hotel. It’s an ideal spot for those who value space, convenience, and a touch of self-sufficiency in their accommodation.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work and my kids hockey tournaments.

This place is awesome.
Rooms are updated and clean.
Full fridge with freezer. Dishwasher.
The room temperature controls work great.
The room was spacious.

Staff was professional and friendly.

The hotel also has EV (electric vehicle charging). Very convenient for us and complementary. (Free)

Rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff is nice and curtious. A special recognition to staff member Benjamin. He is very attentive to the customers needs. Management should recognize how important customer service is. Give Ben employee of the month 👍🏾... The continental breakfast is decent. Has an indoor pool and exercise room. Overall, nice place to stay.

The staff are friendly and courteous. The building and rooms are clean and inviting. There is a pleasant scent throughout. No smell of smoke or odours. Quiet environment. The only thing I would recommend is extra snacks available. I would stay there again.

Stayed at Home2 during my visit. The staff is friendly, plenty of parking and the rooms are clean. Has EV chargers but people with non EV cars take the space which sucks since we weren’t able to charge while staying. The staff should be cautious in that regard.

Amazing place to stay.
Great prices, clean and well stocked rooms, pets allowed is amazing and the pet fee is not high at all, hotel staff are friendly and attentive, clean environment, no shortage of parking, would highly recommend if you are traveling with a pet or just want to stay at a nice hotel for a great price :)

Clean, centrally located and accessible to everything. Kitchen is amazing. Full sized refridgerator, plates, knives, forks, microwave, dishwasher and even dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets. They even provide full sized hand and body lotion. Bed is clean and so confortable. Highly recommend.

Great room layout, stayed with separate nights and staff was excellent. One room was missing a hairdryer but not a big deal. I let front desk know at check out and there were looking into it. We would stay again.

Stayed 3 nights with my 81 year old Hard-of-Hearing Mother for our local convention, and we found that the attention to the little details in the rooms made for a great stay.
The grab bar in the shower aided her with her balance. Adjustable 'office chair' made it easy for her to be comfortable while eating breakfast/dinner. Our instant coffee was easy for her to make - simply filled the in-room coffee maker with water and pushed one button.
Even enjoyed having comforts of home - full sized fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, TV with Closed Captioning, dishes, mugs, glasses, and cutlery too.
The staff was really nice. Made check in and check out extremely smooth, and I was very grateful that the lobby had a small convenience store type area for when I needed some Tums for an upset stomach one night.
A great hotel, a fabulous place to stay, and we definitely would love to return. Next time, we will make sure to try the indoor pool!

Much better than right by the airport. Stayed 2 nights breakfast buffet was mediocre. Went to Tim Hortons instead.

This hotel is great. It’s very new (built in 2021). And all the common areas are very well maintained.
The room is clean, spacious, with typical home2suites layout. It seems to be located in an industrial park area, but it’s still pretty quiet.
The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a home2. Sausage egg muffins, premade omelets, oatmeal, vegetarian offerings. Not as good as a made to order bar (like embassy suites) but still very good nonetheless.
We did. It use the pool but it looks nice as well.
The staff have all been exceedingly nice and attentive.

My husband and I were in town visiting family and we stayed at this hotel, close to my dad's apartment and it was such a pleasant stay. The hotel in general very very clean, the room was spotless and well stocked for anything you might need. The bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again, no question about it. The only thing I would say is the breakfast, not very tasty, didn't have orange juice. They could up their game in this area, but everything else excellent.

This (as the name indicates) is a "Suites" hotel.
There is a kitchenette with a full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, etc.
Whoever designed this room thought of everything necessary for a comfortable multi-night stay - especially for a small family. Tons of counter space, the "desk" has a table underneath that rolls out to be used for dining - otherwise, it "hides" underneath the counter. There are 2 blinds on the window - a light filtering one through which you can still see outside, and a room darkening one for a deep sleep.
The bathroom is smaller than I've seen in other hotel rooms, however, there is plenty of room to move around, lots, and lots of towels. There is no tub, but a very comfortable stand-up shower with sliding glass doors with lots of room to to move around in it.
There is an indoor pool, a gym, and outdoor patio area with a BBQ.
Also, there is also an included breakfast buffet, in the lobby. It includes cold & hot cereal, toast & bagels, four egg options two with meat, two without, juices, coffee, etc. Again, a definite upgrade from the usual hotel continental breakfasts.
All in all, a very modern hotel, with all the amenities you could possibly want, and great staff to assist you.

The rooms were quite large, comfortable, quiet, the breakfast was adequate and fresh. We had a kitchen in our suite which was great if you wanted to cook yourself.
The staff was amazing!! I thought I had booked all the nights we had planned on staying but I forgot I switched our dates, even though I messed up they didn't touch our stuff and were so kind in accommodating us for another night.
It's in an off location however worked out great for us for where we needed to go.

Highly recommended! From the front desk staff with great customer service especially Zeela (if I’m not mistaken) to the room that we booked was very clean with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker and a free breakfast the next day! Absolutely one of the best stays we had. THE BEST DEAL.

As always, superb Hilton quality. My family had 5 rooms here, the staff tried their best to keep us close together. Superb room service every other day, friendly staff. Excellent Laundry room for only 2CAD per load. Good breakfast. We had rooms from 5-7 days. Large rooms, with the 2 queens being able to accommodate up to 6 people. Great location, next to the freeway. Highly recommended and I plan to stay here for my next trips also.

We stayed for two nights with our four kids. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. When my two year old decided to order several on demand movies while we were packing they fixed it right away so we wouldn't be charged, they brought paper to our room for my kids to colour and we loved that our pool time was just our family. The room was huge compared to other places we have stayed and was very clean. The price was great for the value. The only thing we weren't big on was the breakfast but we were still happy to have easily readily available breakfast. It would be nice if they had maybe two options instead or even bagels to bring and toast in your room rather then only a cold option. This was only a minor detail though. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
