Brampton Library - Springdale Branch

Wonderful library. A hub where people can study, surf web, print, scan, rent books and entertainment media and spend some quiet time alone in seperate rooms. Such a quality vibe here. 👌

Its been more than two years since i am visiting this library. Love the ambience, found the staff were always super nice. Separate area for kids with parents. Variety of books for kids. Separate labs for kids with 3d printers etc but closed because of Covid. I still miss story telling in person sessions with kids and all other activities.

Plenty of parking area. It has three charging slots for electric card. Environmental friendly cars has extra parking spots.
Another reason for visiting the library is because of adjacent park for kids which has splash 💦 pad in summers.

One of the most well built and spacious Brampton libraries. This place is beautiful. It has nice views and good spots to sit and read your favourite book.

I think this is the best Brampton library as I’ve been to other Brampton libraries. This one is very spacious and there’s a special area reserved for those who bring their kids with them. The staff here are very kind and always ready to help with any concerns.

This library has a very broad selection of books, DVDS , and films. They also have a wide language section and it includes Punjabi, Hindi, Gujarat and .etc. I really recommend this place to newcomers and beginners!

Nice modern library with full facilities

I love the library. Making this review for requesting one of their branch should be 24/7 for students. As a healthcare student I really thing its a need.

It is the best place for spending your leisure time with books. The environment and infrastructure really astonishing. The facilities in this library are ample and each and everyone who used to come avail it any time. Anyone can take library card at free of cost and issue free books for 15-20 days. The print charges here is just 20cents per page and any one use the PC if you have the library card but only 1 hour each day so that everyone can take the advantage of its accessibility. The cleanliness and sanitation is the keen priority of the employees. The outside park enhances the beauty of this place. For new immigrants, they can also help them to tell them the basic facilities or how to get job in canada through BMC ( brampton multicultural centre).

This library is great. It’s designed with the future in mind. Great area for the younger kids and lots of study areas. Plus outside a splash pad and park.

Well organized library and staff is super helpful and friendly, they frequently keep working to keep things clean and in order. Had a good conversation with “Andrea” , she is kind hearted, friendly and very helpful person. She gave me good suggestions about the services at library that can be beneficial for me.

One of the nicest libraries in the city - Always clean and has a great ambience. The computers are always available for use of up to 60 minute long session. It boasts an engaging book collection - The staff , as one would expect out of Brampton Library system, is very friendly and cheerful. The washrooms too are very clean and well maintained - Props to the staff responsible for upkeep and maintaining the excellent service at this library.

I like everything about this library but kids area is not just reserved for kids.

Super area for kids ,youngsters, adults And seniors. Can read newspapers, language books, Novels, historical articles/books. Moreover using free wifi and net services everyone can do photocopy, download watts app messages and email's at very reasonable prices. Very worthwhile bathrooms. Very co-operative staff

Great place to bring the kids. The library has a fair selection of books. The facility is spacious and accommodating. Washrooms are clean. Outside there is a playground and water park for kids to enjoy. I wish the library opens on Sundays too but at least the kids can still play outside.

Wonderful place!! This place has something for each age group. Lot of resources available. Also has a park for kids outside.. very helpful and polite staff!!

Loads of books for the bookworms!!! Infinite collection especially from the fictional novels. The online book booking is convenient and they will message you on email to collect the books. Easy way to return the books from outer slot at the door. No touch required . Excellent and helpful staff and WIFI free and internet usage free for around 20 -45 minutes free on a library computer system.

Very modern and pretty decent sized library. Has a different vibe compared to the other Brampton libraries. Staff are friendly and helpful. Washrooms are gorgeous and very clean as well. It was fairly semi-quiet but do offer quiet rooms. Would definitely re-visit!
