Not a great firm. I went there for a quote and it was very bad. Everyone at the first treated me differently because I was white. When Indians came, they even offered them tea and were extremely courteous to them. Jass Johal seems like he is racist with the way he interacted with me vs others. Try going somewhere else!

Their service is terrible!

I took my documents for stamping, and they didn’t use the required punching stamp. After this, I was told to go to the Ontario Council office in Toronto to get my documents notarized. There, I was informed that my documents were half-stamped, meaning they did not have the necessary punching stamp, and could not be accepted.

By this time, I was frustrated, but the Toronto office was very helpful. They provided me with contacts for nearby lawyers, and I was able to get my documents stamped there.

Now, when I called Johal's office to request a refund since their service was useless, I was told that Ms. Satinder Kaur Johal would be there next week. Every time I call, I get the same message from Rajinder Johal. It has been three weeks now.

!DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE!

I have known Johal for about 7 years or more...Say they have experience but have non at all. They don't encourage the person fighting the case instead himself said " your so unlucky your destiny was so hard on you". I strongly recommend another lawyer as we hired a lawyer here but later after the a case he told us he was a paralegal. No one here tries fighting the case properly and has no idea what they are doing and will definitely waste your years fighting. Once again I STRONGLY recommend another lawyer than going to Johal law firm!

Very unprofessional and poor service provided by the lawyers here. They do not understand the value of time that someone took out from their work to come and have their work done.
The reasoning they use clearly indicates that they don’t want anyone to be coming to them for any sort of work whether it’s permanent residency, citizenship or attorney.
Will Definitely let all my Knowns and social media platform informed to never visit here.
Such a waste of time and money.
The female lawyer Who sits on the left side of the entrance was very arrogant and had some serious attitude problems.
