I've been using EcoPure's pick-up and delivery service for years and I can't be more satisfied. The quality of my clothes post-cleaning is fantastic including vintage pieces that have sentimental value. A nice bonus is the environmental benefits and dealing with Hoa who has always been friendly and responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a garment cleaning service.

This company has excellent customer service and satisfaction. I sent in various clothing to be cleaned and was surprised how thoroughly it was cleaned. The cherry on top was the company’s effort to provide high quality service while environmentally cautious. 10/10 would recommend over any generic dry cleaner.

You will not find people more committed to customer service than Hoa and Tom. Their whole team aims to please! I love the pick up and delivery service (no more leaving my clothes at the dry cleaners forever because I can't find time to get there and pick it up!), no irritating chemical smell and because it is environmentally friendly it's an easy way for me to take another small part to help our environment.

Winter, a tough time on us and our clothes. I slipped on some ice and landed in slush. I needed everything I was wearing cleaned! My first experience with Ecopure was awesome! My suit came back looking brand new and my long wool coat was spotless. Something else that impressed me was that there were no bad smells. I will be calling Ecopure again.
