I got my blazer dry cleaned from these guys. My blazer was not properly cleaned and also had a torn on the cuff. Upon questioning they said they said they are not liable for it. Poor customer service. They don’t have a proper procedure. I will not recommend this to any one.

5 expensive Dress shirts dry cleaned @$5.99 because of stains and they said we don’t guarantee stain removals. Then why take them in the first place if you was clearly mentioned why we are giving these shirts.

All of them have been badly ironed with marks on shirts all when asked their front desk (Shruti Sharma) she said they have no idea and said they can get it checked again and it will take another week to get them back.

Showed her the iron marks and told her the shirts are damaged and can’t be worn like these…she had no clue. Asked her to call manager and as expected manager (Lakhvir Gill) had no guts to address the problem. Very bad experience as they had only one job to do and they could not even do that properly.
ZERO (0) customer service.

All my shirts have been damaged and no one is ready to take the blame.

Gave my boots to this dry cleaning franchise inside the Metro on Great Lakes Drive on December 4th, it is now January 5th and I still haven't gotten my boots back. I called multiple times and they only picked up once, when they did pick up they told me there would be no compensation for the delay on my items. Terrible customer service and a waste of $40.

Worst place ever! They charge you an additional fee to get your clothes rushed and then they tell you they can't give them to you on time. The owner is careless and customer service is not a concept to this man. I think one stars is being too generous. Very disappointing and all I know is on Monday I will get my full refund one way or another

Poor service. Would not hold clothing 5 minutes past closure. Not interested in customer loyalty. Go to Clark West cleaners instead for much better service!

Terrible. Ruined my clothes and wouldn’t offer me a refund for dry cleaning services or my clothes that they ruined. Stay away
