Great experience at Peel Memorial Centre’s Diagnostic Imaging department! Went for a bone scan last Saturday (Oct. 14), which very convenient and not too busy.

The facility was impressive and the staff were excellent! Jenitha completed the registration efficiently and was very friendly and engaging. The wait was not long compared to other healthcare facilities. The change-rooms were large and clean, and had doors with locks instead of curtains, like other facilities.

The technician, Lisa B., was amazing! She was very friendly and clearly explained each step of the procedure, which was appreciated. She asked the required questions for the test, but also maintained casual conversation to enhance my comfort level with the scan. At all points throughout the process, she confirmed that I was comfortable or asked if I needed any support. She was a truly lovely person and effective health professional!

Amazing experience. I came in at 3:30am on a Friday morning and it was empty! Triage nurse was nice! Registration was friendly. Nurses were thorough and helpful. DI tech was pleasant! I saw 2 ER docs, both who were nice, straight to the point, yet I felt cared for! In and out in < 3 hours! Would recommend!

I found everyone from the nurses to the doctors to the people greeting you at the front door very helpful and welcoming. We went earlier in the morning so there wasn’t a crazy wait but I found the doctor very thorough and listened to all of my boyfriend’s complaints and they did diagnostic imaging to help determine and rule out certain conditions. So grateful to have a facility like this in my neighbourhood.

Wonderful experience at peel urgent care center. Went in with someone who needed stitches and had hit their head. Was in and out in 90 minutes. Were helpful and friendly and very informative. Exceptionally clean and well put together facility. No one likes to have to go to urgent care or the emergency room but if you have to we couldn’t have asked for a better experience

All the nurses at Peel Memorial hospital are very nice and hard-working but Chris Varughese (lead clinical nurse) is a super star who looked after my dad who was in critical condition when he visited her. She looked after him like a family member and now he feels perfectly fine. I can't thank her enough for her support and dedication. Another big round of applause to the dietician Rashmi Ahuja who provide a lot of good information to my dad about his diet and for his over all health. Thank you Rashmi!!

I have had several visits to this urgent care and I can’t say good enough things about the staff here. Each visit has been exceptional. Sometimes the waits are long but this is out of the control of the staff, they do their best to navigate through patients as quickly as possible. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors and staff for all that you do.

Peel Memorial Hospital's Urgent Care offers an exceptional experience. The nurses are not only kind but also incredibly knowledgeable, making every visit pleasant. Dr. Asif's expertise and approachability stand out, ensuring easy appointment bookings and helpful guidance. The comforting and caring environment during an IV session truly reflects the staff's dedication. Their kindness and efficiency make each visit effortless and reassuring.

Great experience! My 4 year old got hurt at school by falling down and bumping his head on a tree stump. He had a large hard spot on his forehead and a potential concussion that we were concerned about. Took him to Peel Memorial and were seen within 45 minutes! The doctor assessed him and gave us the available options (Xray or Cscan...etc) but also advised that he would not want to expose a child that young to unnecessary radiation/uncomfortable experience. Said to watch him and limit his screen time for the next few days. We left there feeling relieved but also reassured that our boy was okay. Can't put a price on that!

The facility is exceptionally clean and modern 👌. The ambulatory department's staff is truly amazing, ensuring a smooth surgery check-in on Feb 2, 2024. Loved the warming 3M gown which I had never seen before!!

Dr. Brian Hong, my surgeon, displayed competence, making the entire surgery day seamless. His pleasant humming before the surgery made me feel so relaxed 🙌🏻. The anesthesiologist (forgot her name unfortunately) was also super friendly and helpful 🙏.

I've had good experiences here so far, unlike our other hospital. Long wait times are to be expected these days but that's not really the hospital's fault. The doctors and nurses I saw were all nice and empathetic and took my concerns seriously, and I really appreciate that.

In March 2024 I had an outpatient procedure performed by Dr. Fady Saleh. It was my first time at Peel Memorial at 20 Lynch St. which is a very modern, well laid out up to state of the art Hospital.
All the staff I encountered in Ambulatory Care, were exceptional, so much that I must name them and hopefully the spelling is correct. The Nurses, Nana, Christine, Kay, Rachel and Mirissa, were so polite, professional and helpful and they are had a wonderful sense of humor. I was treated like a family member, and I am sure they are swamped at times, however they, along with Dr. Selah, (his assist Chay (sic) the anesthesiologist (Leo) and all aforementioned staff, are as good as it gets, being consummate professionals.
Not that you ever want to go to a Hospital, but you ever need to, rest assured, you are in very good hands at Peel Memorial on Lynch St. To Management, please thanks all these individuals on my behalf, as you and I and the Province of Ontario, are lucky to have them

I was here with William Oslar Health System at Queen st with my 91 year old mom who has number of medical issues including asthma. In the past 4-5 days, she fell down and injured her arm and back. She was in severe pain. The doctor, registered nurses, X-ray staff, CT scan staff and other supportive staff was so dedicated and professional that I want to salute them. You people deserve a lot for your selfless service. My special thanks to Simranjit, the Registered Nurse who handled my mom in the only language my mom understands.

How does this place only have 3 stars??? Within 3 hours i had an ECG, X-ray and blood work.

This place is not somewhere you come if you can can wait and see your family doctor nor a place to come if your in life threatening situation. People forget that and causes a longer wait.

FYI I don’t know that doctors name , but whom ever you were i highly commend you on your patience with that couple who you insisted needed to go to the ER as her condition was life threatening and her partner was SOOO rude to you and even told her she shouldn’t go to the hospital and ignore you because she has kids at home to take care of even though her condition seemed life threatening. You have ALOT of patience. I could learn from you. Good work doctor ! And all the staff were amazing to me.

Very very clean and organized place. Who ever runs this place needs a raise.

I came to urgent care Saturday morning and had an amazing experience with all the staff, including the main doctor who assessed me Dr Ishun Musa. I want to take the time to thank him personally and recognize him for his prompt work and decisions which lead me to a quick recovery. My diagnosis was pretty severe, so he requested me to come see him again this morning so that he could make sure I was okay. He sincerely showed compassion and concern for his patient and I cannot express my gratitude and thanks completely. Thank you!

I went to this urgent care clinic , staff is very nice .Triage nurses , registration clerks , X- rays ladies , All Nurses , Doctors, and technicians all of the staff is very nice . All are knowledgeable and very kind . 100/100. This is an independent review. I am from medical profession too . This staff knows how to deal with priorities. Even some people came after I was already registered, they were seen first . One lady she came almost one hour after me and she has eye emergency, she was seen first . This is called Urgent Clinic Service. Awesome service. God bless you guys . Thanks a million.

My wife and daughter came heret. We were impressed with the provisions that have been set in place for COVID. There's a single entrance that is regulated by a guard. During registration, you are given a new mask. Unfortunately, only one person is allowed to enter.

Brought my mother here last week Wednesday. All the staff was friendly, helpful and doing their very best. Sure we waited, but not nearly as long as going to emerg.

I was treated quickly and with kindness. Clean facility with great staff, I am very thankful for this urgent care in Brampton.

I love this hospital! Everyone's so considerate and sweet here.

Sonia and Mulu are one of my favorite nurses. Not only did they do their due diligence, they also connected with me and made this trip to the hospital more bearable.

I was here Christmas Eve till Christmas Day and the staff made me feel at home. This was the best hospital experience I’ve ever had and I for that I thank you <3
