Toronto Thiruchendur Murugan Temple

Very nice Temple. Went there on the first day of Navaratri festival. Golu was being arranged. Lord Muruga’s idol looks so nice. Prasadam was offered. A must visit temple.

Good place.. let me tell a story - I live like 1 hour 30 mins on public transport distance away. I wanted to check..so i didn't mind the travel. I went there and there was some functions going on in the front part of the building and the rear part is the temple itself. There are a lot of god idols and you can send somewhere between 2 to 4 hours on an average... Its not the most quiet place but you will get the vibe for sure.. lots of people come there on Sundays, and sometimes you get free food if you are lucky... I recommend it my friend... Take a trip and you won't regret it.. its good..

A Temple, in the midst of Toronto, very neatly and hygienically maintained. Lord Murugan, a south's reverted God with Sanctum Sanctorum, with Other Gods. Equipped with vast interiors, exteriors and parking area. The various idols, their decorations and the colourfully artistic ambience added to the Divinity of the whole place.

Very holy place for those of us who worship lord Murugan aka lord Katharagama. The priests were very holy and friendly. They even spoke in Sinhala knowing that we didn't speak Tamil. The staff are very helpful. The temple is very clean and holy. The noon puja was very well conducted. All devotees were served a delicious lunch. I don't have photos because I didn't take photos of my God or place of worship but if you are a devotee, it will be what you imagine it to be. Also, there is plenty of parking at the back.
