We purchased a dining set from Arrow furniture in Brampton and were greeted warmly by Christine Samuel, Assistant Manager when we first arrived. Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us with making our decision and purchase. When it came time for delivery, we unfortunately had a delay due to supply chain issues but Christine kept us apprised throughout the process. When it got further delayed, Christine generously offered us free set up and ensured it was delivered as promised. Christine also helped us in obtaining a missing piece of hardware in the end as well. We are very pleased with the service received by Christine at Arrow furniture in Brampton and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase there again!

Christine Samuel is awesome!!!! She is the Assistant Manager at this location and she went out of her way to help interior design a property! She was very well educated of the furniture they had and she made amazing suggestions for me to buy what I need for the house and the place looks amazing!... all the furniture pieces were amazing and the quality was great!... I would highly suggest you guys to use this location to buy your furniture and ask for Christine!!... she is wonderful and she went out of her way to accommodate the sale, the delivery and everything in between!

My family and I initially purchased 2 sofas and a dining set from Arrow furniture (brampton). The store has a great selection of contemporary and modern pieces to choose from, with reasonable prices. Our overall experience from finalizing on furniture pieces, purchase and delivery was made seamless and smooth by Gurpreet. Gurpreet was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient, kind, friendly and knowledgeable, each time we went to the store. She was kind in asking for the style, color of furniture we had in mind and was patient and knowledgeable in her ability to show us multiple options that met our interests.

As a result of the great customer experience we had with our first purchase, we went back to Arrow to purchase another dining set and coffee table with end tables. Once again, Gurpreet made the entire process seamless and smooth.

Both times, she ensured the delivery of our furniture happened as early as possible. She also advised us to obtain necessary warranty and protection for our furniture pieces. When we had some problems with one of our dining chairs (i.e unbalanced dining chairs), she ensured the problem was rectified in earnest.

Many great experiences! We have purchased several pieces from Arrow this past year and every single time we have had star service from Christine Samuel. She gave us time to look and discuss options on our own and was quick to respond to our questions…we had a lot of questions! She looked into things for us and really helped us figure out what worked best for us.
I found a chair I wanted from another store but called Christine and as it is a brand Arrow sells, she was able to help me with this purchase also and find the right fabric to cover it in.
These days there are many delays in shipping which is frustrating, but Christine checked in with us and gave us updated along the way.
We are now settled into our new home and love our furniture choices.
When it’s time to switch out our older furniture, Arrow will be our first stop, and most likely our only stop. If you go to this Brampton location, ask for Christine Samuel. She cares about her customers and wants only the best for you and will help you find the best value for your wallet as well.

I always drove by this place on Queen Street East, and thought it was just a little furniture store, nothing exceptional. It so happened that, in late June around my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a sofa-bed. I saw a few offerings online; the first one I decided to check out was Arrow Furniture, because the prices being offered, were very competitive. I called and was very lucky to speak with amazinginly friendly and courteous Lady, by the name of Christine, who turns out to be the Assistant Manager. I decided to purchase the sofa-bed there and then, without hesitation; the store turned out to be reasonably large and well-stock with really fine styles and brands of furniture, the prices are very competitive, and if those aren't enough, the WARM and COURTESY of Miss Christine, is SECOND to NONE. CHEERS.

Purchased a bedroom set from Pawanpreet Kaur at the Brampton location. We got our delivery exactly when promised. We made a change after we received our order and Pawanpreet did everything to make the change happen and for us to be super pleased. Pawanpreet understands the importance of a happy customer.

We recently returned to the Brampton Arrow Furniture store to purchase a dining table after a fantastic first time experience with Christine Samuel. We had purchased a high-quality Decor-Rest couch at a great price point and Christine invested a lot of time and effort in helping us find the right fit for our new home. Shout out!.....to the awesome delivery crew who got creative in making the delivery. Sometimes its a bit of a challenge to navigate to get the item in spot, but these men were patient to get it done!

I was shopping for new furniture for my new condo. Going through many suppliers I settled with Arrow manly because I found furniture of my liking. The best part was I was treated like an elite customer and the great service above all prices were within my reach..... perfect delivery took place on time.
