I received my dining and breakfast set today from furniture depot. I must say I’m very happy with my furniture, good quality. Annette was absolutely amazing with helping me select the best furniture for my space. Delivery was quick and they set it up quickly. I will definitely return to furniture depot again for any furniture needs.

Annette was very helpful with my special order. Even though it did take some time in the end it was well worth it! The delivery people took their time setting up the chairs to my satisfaction. A job well done. I do recommend Furniture Depot, Brampton.

Amazing stuff out there!!! Girl named Amy working at the Brampton store made my purchase really smooth. Not only was she proactively suggesting good designs and colour themes, but also offered several comfortable payment options. I bought a new house and with her help I could secure a great deal with good discount on my entire house furniture. My house furniture is now the “talk of the town”….all due to her efforts ☺

Look for Annette. She guided us from taking correct measurements, possible layouts, and color combinations, and ensured everything was under our budget. There was an issue in the chaise, unlike our previous experience with big box stores. She took it back right away and had a fresh chaise made for us. Highly recommend!

I have work with Furniture Depot for years but more recently on a much larger scale when I suffered a total loss to my property and needed a whole home furniture replacement. Annette my designer and buyer was simply amazing…after I carefully selected the options for each room Annette was instrumental in helping to select my colour scheme and just the perfect outcome for each space. She had every simple piece customized for our home that surpassed our expectations and we now have a designer show home. I so happy with the results and would not trust my space to anyone else. I would have given them 10 stars if I could!!!

Great couches. Took a little long but that was communicated at purchase and all follow up communication was very timely. They were very accommodating throughout the process. Love my new couches!!! Great prices as well. Very satisfied

The Furniture Depot in Brampton redefines customer experience!

I was on a mission this Sunday to track down an amazing power reclining loveseat. I did some research and narrowed down the list of stores to Leon's, Eastporters, and Furniture Depot. I decided to visit Furniture Depot first as they had lots of options and they were also having a sale.

When I arrived at the showroom, I was greeted by two lovely assistants. When I told them about my mission, they said that I could have any item delivered later in the week. There was just one problem; I fell in love with the loveseat that I tested in their showroom and it was coming home with me. The assistant saw that I was determined to leave with the item and offered me a nice discount for taking the floor model. When she saw the size of my trunk, she looked at me in disbelief. I assured her that it would fit, and I guess she believed that I believed it to be true, so the two of us began to disassemble the love seat and then wrap all of the pieces. As we began to load my Model Y, it was clear that it was not meant to ever carry such a large item. Be that as it may, it was coming home. After lots of pushing, pulling, and squeezing, we got all of the items in. Mission accomplished!

I will never forget the effort that the Furniture Depot assistant put in to help me accomplish my mission. Without her, I would not have been able to return home with my amazing new power reclining loveseat.

Hi there.... Just to let you know my Howard Millar Grandfather clock arrived on the scheduled day and hour, wow. The clock traveled some 4000 miles to get here and even though the container had a minor 'shunt' along the way , the clock was in perfect condition . Thank you Furniture Depot and Fedex . The clock is amazing and a beautiful addition to our home.

I recently bought a leather sectional from this store in Brampton. It was an amazing experience. I am extremely satisfied with the service. The manager Annette was exceptional to get me the sectional well in time.

Extremely happy with my purchase. So in love with my bed and the staff were very professional and helpful. Ask for Amy when you go there. She was a delight to work with. Always took my calls and got my bed to me before Christmas just as she promised. Definitely would buy again from this store.

Bought a sofa and love seat about 6 months ago. Filling has started clumping and fabric threading. Emailed Cathy with photos. Very poor response that despite warranty being in force they were willing to send more filling but not ready to take it back. Originally we were told this was Canadian made furniture but now it turns out it's cheap Chinese furniture. After 2 emails Cathy has adopted an arrogant stance by not replying to my emails or providing me with her superiors contact. If the management is reading this you can get my contact details from your heartland store. Order # HC 3700. Photos are attached

Furniture Depot redeemed their reputation by delivering a near perfect (just a small over looked issue) to us. Delivered at promised time and surpassing even our expectation. Ramaaz cant thank you enough for being with us through this ordeal and guiding us on this new couch. If ever anyone needs to see a good sales person with good knowledge of product and who can give serious advice while keeping her million dollar smile go and meet this amazing lady. Thank you. I purchase a white queen bed, 2 years ago, and last sunday I decided to finally put up my bed because of a situation my family was going through. Broke down the old bed and was ready to put up my pretty white queen bed, and to my surprise when I open the 2 boxes at my door , the railing or bedframe was missing. I was so devasted. So the next morning I called the customer service desk and I got a rude Jamaican lady. she pretty much accused me of receiving the 3 boxes. I have never felt so discussed in someone's behavior. So after trying to get help from this rude lady, I asked to speak to the manager and she pretty much rushed me off the phone. So i decided to call the Mississauga location, to see if they could help me, and the lady that answered the phone was so nice and pleasant told me to call the brampton location, because they are the head office and they should be able to help me. I called the Brampton office and that's where I met Rachel, Rachel works for the customer service team at the brampton location. When I explained to Rachel what had happened, she never judged me, she made me feel like there was hope. she never told me it was my fault for not checking the boxes, she found my information right away and started to work on helping me. When I got off the phone with Rachel I felt so good. that one little conversation between us changed my whole day, instead of being angry and upset, I was smiling and laughing, feeling so good. after 3 days Rachel got me an answer from the manufacture, and Im getting railing (bedframe). I just wanted you guys to know how Rachel went above and beyond, to help me find a missing railing, when she didnt have too. I appreciate her help , this is very good customer service, I am a happy customer, satisfied customer, now i can sleep on my new bed. Thanks Rachel

Delivery and set up went well, The 2 gentlemen took there time and was very carefull with my stairs and the walls while they were carrying all the furniture upstairs. Would recommend this company for all your furniture needs.
