Wow... wow... wow! Never have I been to place where someone has treated me and my children so well while my lovely wife spent 2 hours with fellow named Paul shopping. Paul I must say you made our experience very special and the deal you put together for us was the cherry on top. We bought a sofa set and he insisted on throwing in a set of cream pillows that will work wonderfully with decor we have in place. We also purchased a bedroom set and decided to upgrade our dinning set. Paul keep up the wok you have amazing taste and you are an asset to any business. Honestly speaking, this is the best furniture and accessories store I've been to. I paid a visit to a multitude of furniture stores and this by far had not only the most scintillating collection, but their customer service was beyond amazing. We recently purchased a sofa set from here. They have a great selection available with modern designs. They delivered the sofa within 2 days of the purchase. The owner (Jai) is friendly and helpful. Our front door was not big enough for the furniture so they arranged for the furniture to come in through the patio door. Thank you Jai and team!

Excellent Customer Service! Staff is amazing and super helpful with my questions. Female salesman on the floor is incredibly great and very intelligent at her work, diligent and well spoken. Delivery service is on time and very well coordinated. Definitely my favourite and number 1 store when I go furniture shopping.

Stephens Furniture is the only place we will furnish our home with when we were both single and now as a growing family. Jai left such an impression on us with his great personality that we named our second son after him. My husband has always had a fun time pushing Jai’s buttons when we go for a visit, but he is always cool as a cat though it is fun watching all the haggling as a spectator. Anytime we have needed help Jai has provided his assistance via phone or WhatsApp’s with valid information for all of our purchase needs. There were some pieces that needed repair and he wasn’t hesitant at all to offer a quick fix solution. Over the 15+ years of shopping here, the Singh family has always been kind, caring and has the best customer service in the industry.
