Pharmasave Dixie Medical Pharmacy

The product prescribed for my son was out of stock. I visited about 8 pharmacies in Brampton, every pharmacy i visited just simply said backorder or out of stock but Dian at this pharmacy said its for your child and he need it. She started calling different places and called the Brampton civic hospital and explained them the situation , the hospital offered the product. This is what is called professional and caring about a patient. Thank you Dian for going the extra mile to help someone, you are truly a superstar....

Highly recommend this Pharmacy mainly for the service by the staff- Gurleen and Parneet. We were looking for covid booster shots, and they had stock. They were extremely busy, and their phones were ringing off the hook with folks trying to find boosters before the holiday. In spite of that, Gurleen, took her time to help everyone, was courteous, accommodating both over the phone and in person. We also had other family members come here who had a similar experience with both Gurleen and Parneet. .

Very good service by Gurleen and Parneet - highly recommend this pharmacy. Just before the holidays everyone was looking for booster shots, their phone was ringing non stop, but they still attended to our call so politely amidst the chaos.

The place says its open when it's closed. They regularly pick when they want to come into work so your sitting waiting for hours. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
