Rexall

I had visited many times to rexall at all three different stations present inside it and the excellent service was provided by each and every employee working inside it. The pharmacist staff works too fast and by turn wise, as i visit pharmacy daily. Moreover, they never disappointed me.

After a long debate when or whether to get the covid vaccine, I called Rexall on September 3rd to see if I could walk in to get our first needle. I was greeted warmly and was given instructions what ID to bring.

Upon arrival, my adult-autistic son and I were greeted by a friendly pharmacy personnel. After I filled out the forms, the pharmacist administered the needle; which was surprisingly pain free! We waited around for around 20 minutes after and was then dismissed.

We walked in again on October 8th for the 2nd needle and received the same excellent and professional customer service. This time I bought kleenex and bathroom tissues paper ; which I normally do when it goes on sale at Rexall.

Thank you to the great leadership of the pharmacist and his dedicated-hardworking staff once again for making this a great experience for us as neither myself nor my son Alex are fond of needles.

You were friendly, warm and very professional and for that, I truly thank you.

I have been going to this location for some time now for my mother’s medication. I have to say, I have always received great service from both, the pharmacy and the store. The team is really friendly and management is amazing at handling any concerns or issues. I love shopping here and would highly recommend it!!!

Fast service great staff good prices on cosmetics also happened to be 20% off that day for seniors. Lady in cosmetics gave me samples to test out as well!

Clean store and very impressed by the service. Needed some help to check the stock for an item and the staff went above and beyond to find the item for me. Thank you for the service. I always find the staff polite and helpful. Way to go !!

Been in the store couple of times and the manager helped me twice in finding the correct commodity .
His help helped me find the right walking stick for my mom.Truely he is a blessing to the store
