Reasonable price and good pharmacy teamwork

They misplaced my prescription and were very quick to put the accountability on me. Insisting that I must have picked it up (INSISTING). which means what- I am trying to dupe them? In that few minutes- I felt so helpless. I had to stand there and justify myself despite of showing them the slip (proof of payment) that was provided to me at the time of transaction instructing to show the same slip at the time of pick-up but the guy helping me today said that if you have slip it means that your prescription was filled; 2 contradictory statements. what is more upsetting is that when he did finally locate my prescription, there was no apology instead again trying to shift the blame on me. nevertheless, I am not going back there ever again.

The lady at reception has no sence at all. I wonder how are they having 5starts till now. I went there and she wasn’t even tried to hear me and started saying you should go to doctor. No sence at all
