Dr Cherepacha Douglas

I am fortunate enough to be in good health, but annually I still go for check ups. When I do visit Dr Cherepacha, I am always greeted by a friendly staff and processed quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and care in his office.
Too often people only post when they find fault with a service. Please accept this post as a positive reinforcement to the fact we are fortunate to have health care professionals, like Dr Cherepacha, that genuinely live upto the Hippocratic Oath they have taken.

I've been a patient of Dr. Cherepacha since 1994. He is an amazing physician, caring and knowledgeable, with excellent referrals. His staff, Rita and Bianca have always been friendly, helpful and accommodating. 5 Stars!

Would you please add a Fax number for your office. After hours and weekend reports can not be faxed as your office is not open. Thank you.

My father died because of his lack of thoroughness. I literally attended an appointment with my dad where he just "suggested" a lump growing on his forehead was a cyst. This is after history of cancer, and multiple things happening in his body since his tumor was removed 2 years prior. "Oh the pain is just arthritis, heres some meds, it's just a bladder infection here's some meds, just a cyst"
The cancer had spread.
Had he been thorough we could have caught it sooner, and maybe had a chance. Don't trust this quack.
He pushes medications without doing the work behind it. He dismisses complaints and makes up "what it could be" instead of looking into it.

Amazing Doctor, rude and unprofessional staff. They always make you feel like your an inconvenience when calling the office. And if you come to an appointment they do not look at you or treat you with any respect. I absolutely avoid calling or booking appointments because of this. I would assume he looses billing hours due to his staff.

I have been with this office for over 25 years and finally feel compelled to write about my bad experiences. Dr Cherepacha is nice enough, but I feel like my appointments are very rushed, like I am at a walk-in clinic. I understand that is the new nature of this field (rush rush rush, prescribe prescribe prescribe), so perhaps I should seek alternative health care. My main concern isn't even Dr. Cherepacha - it's his terrible staff. The administrative staff there are RUDE, indifferent, unfriendly and dismissive. The atmosphere there is extremely negative and not welcoming in the slightest. Ladies, you are the FRONT LINE in an industry where you are dealing with people who require CARE or at the very least a warm smile. Get another job if you dislike yours so much!!! That was my LAST visit to that office and am seeking care elsewhere immediately.

I am forced to write this review after mutliple visits to the dr Cherepacha's office. I call to book appointments for my mom and go along with her since she is not good with english. The Front desk staff is very very rude. The women staff is very very rude. They are not polite...they are all about attitude. A person who is already sick and is looking for medical help, they make them feel so pity and disrespected.
if it was just the doctor i would rate him 5+ stars. but unfortunately, the first people you HAVE to come across is his staff, and they are horrible....HORRIBLE
I have a humble request to the doctor to either change the staff or teach them politeness and customer service.

Been My family doctor since I was a child. Only till I grew older did I realize how terrible the staff is and also the service he provides. My most recent visit I had to get him to sign a paper so that I can get an MRI and I hadn't seen him in years. He came, took one glance at me signed the paper and handed it back to the girls, he couldn't even say hi. And I fully agree with the rest of the one star reviews here. The receptionists are terrible people. I have to explain everything in the fullest of detail 3 times to them. I had a problem 3 years back, I came to him 3 times and he prescribed antibiotics that did not work 3 times. Each time he gave me a different one. Finally I came when he was on Vacay and the doctor that helped me was much nicer, listened to me and prescribed and over the counter medication that solved the problem in 2 days. I realized that day, how much I hated DR. Cherepacha. Why was I given antibiotics if he didn't even know they would help me. could they have done damage to me? He is always in a rush, might as well go to a walk in.

Don't come here

the front desk staff is very rude. they talk to you like they are doing you a favor by giving you a doctors appointment. When i called for an appointment i was told " doctor isnt taking appointments" i tried to clarify twice ,i asked" can i get another doctor " she said "no i said doctors are not taking appointments" then i asked "are you closed". That is wen i got somewhat of a clarification that appointments are based on doctors discretion. How can you talk to a person so rudely, be it at a job or just in life.? the front staff needs to be changed. please.

Worst doctor ever !!!! don't even go to him if u have a cough. He really thinks he's something special lol and trust me he is the perfect definition of a QUACK, Douglas Cherapacha treats his patients like cattle, he only cares about his paycheck not the patients. Worst doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Staff more Arrogant than him, I guess they are special cause they answer a phone and book appointments. STAY Away from this quack and his "bizatch" receptionists.
