Healthy Smile Dental Hygiene

It was my first time to Dentist at this clinic for my 6 year old. Entire staff made sure she is comfortable and explain to her what they are doing. Special mention for the receptionist who was beyond great to calm my daughter after her treatment. Found a bit expensive but was worth is it's your kids 1st experience.

Isabelle was amazing to work with and super friendly with great dental advice. She was also very organized and knowledgeable about products to help my teeth I was very impressed and happy that I got to see her!!!

Fastest cavity apt ever! And so great having no tooth sensitivity the next day! Appreciate her looking at another spot and letting me know pain/sensitivity is due to exposed area on tooth and that she can add some filling to that spot to protect it from sensitivity!

We have been going to Healthy Smiles for over 10 years now. The Healthy Smiles Team has always taken Great care of us. Alana has always greeted us with a smile and has answered any questions I may have had. My children have felt comfortable from the beginning with all the hygienists, whether it be for a cleaning or having X-rays done; they have always been kind and gentle. Healthy smiles makes sure my comfort is a priority during every appointment! Their team is extremely kind and attentive to any of your concerns; I truly cannot say enough good things about them! In the past, I have had terrible experiences with other dentists that left me with a high level of anxiety to even get my teeth cleaned. After trying many different offices, healthy smiles is the first where I feel safe and absolutely stress-free during my visits. I have now been going there for years and would recommend their lovely team to anyone, especially people with high dental anxiety!!

Alana and Stephanie at the front receptionist were also great to talk to and followed up before and after the appointment. This clinic is so clean, abides all protocols. They are very friendly, kind, informative and understanding. I brought 2 of my children here this past weekend for the first time. They had a great experience. Definitely recommend healthy smile dental hygiene! We are already booked for the next cleaning appointment. The prices can't be beat to boot!

The staff are absolutely fantastic!! Kind, caring and gentle. Ive never felt more comfortable going to the dentist. They will talk you through each step and make sure you are ok through the whole process.

I have been going to Healthy Smile clinic for the past eight years.
The staff are very professional, punctual, helpful and knowledgeable.
Shannon is an amazing hygienist. She took great pride in her work. Every time she cleaned my teeth I left with a beautiful smile. She took care of my issues and make recommendations when its necessary.
Alana is great too. She is very welcoming and friendly. She took care of all the bookings, problems with claims and reminds us of our upcoming appointment.

I also have an outstanding experience with Dr Matteo that I must mention.
Six months ago I met with Dr Matteo to discuss a implant procedure. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and reassured Me that I will be okay.
Needless to say I was very fearful of the pain I might have to endure and the unknown.
Dr Matteo performed the procedure extremely well. Each visit he make sue i was comfortable, relaxed and that I understood what he was about to do. I did not have any excessive pain and I didn't have to take a lot of painkillers. He latterly took away my fears!

The first time I realized my daughter needed an emergency filling due to a cavity , we booked asap . The same day we went to check out the urgency of it , she was taken care of by the dentist who was so gentle and took her time . She is four years old , I was surprised she took the numbing medication very well and didn’t even flinch .

Overall IMPRESSIVE !!

Such a friendly laid back office. Everyone I met here made me so comfortable. I am usually very nervous of going for a cleaning or seeing the dentist but the team here were so warm and accommodating that i wasn’t nervous at all. My hygienist (Shannon) was excellent. She was gentle but thorough. I felt great when I left.

I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist office before…. I avoid the dentist like the plague but the employees at healthy smile made sure I was relaxed and comfortable through the entire process. Alana was a great help with my insurance and making sure I was booked in for appointments that work for me. Dr. Matteo was able to keep me calm and get my wisdom tooth out in a timely manner. I had expressed my birthday was in a few days and he ensured he would do his best to keep me comfortable. My extraction was yesterday I woke up today with no swelling and minimal pain. Thank you healthy smile for helping me overcome my fear ! ☺☺☺
