Dr. Basaly is very professional and an excellent dentist. She takes enough time to listen to my complaint and examine thoroughly.

I went there to take out my tooth a bit nervous but the staffs were so polite and nice I forgot about nervousness. The doctor who took my tooth out was great, gentle, soft he explained process along the way. Today March 19 is my second day no pain no bleeding l never had to take any pain killer. From receptionists to dental assistants to the doctors very friendly accomodating . The doctors explain to you the procedure in details and ask you quetions so that the treatment goes smooth. I recomend Brisdale Family Dentestry to each and every family.

Highly recommend this place, they are so friendly and excellent customer service. Dr.Chatha is very co-operative with his patients. I have Gagging issues but he helped me ease with it. The wisdom tooth removal was extremely Painless.

My first visit here was great! Friendly staff. Very quick to see a dentist. I cant recall which dentist I saw but Im very pleased with the results! She did the cleaning instead of the assistant and it was definitely one of the best cleanings I've had. I will definitely continue seeing her as she was very sweet and explained a lot to me.

Convenient, friendly, and worry free.

I've been a patient here for perhaps 3 years. I'm probably an ideal patient, with coverage and very few dental issues, but still, I have a few sensitive/painful spots that the hygienist makes sure to work more carefully with. She also remembers my reflux issue, and lowers the whole chair more so I can sit up a bit more, rather than being completely horizontal.

These have been thorough yet gentle cleanings, and the couple times I've needed something (small filling, or retainer re-anchored) they've been able to immediately accommodate.

I have been visiting Brisdale Family Dentistry for over four years. I have only received exceptional customer service from the reception, dental hygienists, and dentists. The clinic is extremely clean and up to date. If I need to get dental services, I do not have to wait weeks for an appointment. I am also taken promptly at the time of my appointment and do not have to wait hours to see the dentists in comparison to other clinics. I was referred to a specialist when I had my wisdom teeth extracted because my dentist wanted to ensure one of my nerves did not get damaged. Instead of completing the procedure themselves, they acted in my best interest instead of their own by referring me to a specialist.

I appreciate the honest and caring service. They always send me reminders before my scheduled cleanings and they are more than willing to re-schedule if I need to.

This was my first visit with my 4 year old and I cannot begin to explain how pleasant the visit was. The Dentist and the rest of the staff are true professionals who took the time to make sure my son was comfortable throughout the visit; too comfortable such that he asked me to go back to see the Dentist the morning after. I have an autoimmune disease where I'm prone to infections and heal slowly, so I'm always worried about procedures like this. I had my wisdom teeth and molars extracted from here. I don't like being put under, so I stayed awake with some freezing. No complications, I was talking normally after a few hours. No pain or swelling what so ever. I felt so normal after my wisdom teeth a few years ago, I went back to work the following day. Plenty of people thought I was pulling their leg I had my wisdom teeth out the day before.
After my molar extraction a few days ago; same experience. One space was a LITTLE uncomfortable but extremely bearable and forgettable; it just felt like I was resting my hand on my cheek. I have no idea what Dr. Chatha does different from everyone else, but he does excellent!

I am highly recommend this place, they are so friendly and so nice for customer service and specially thanks to Dr/ Nevine, she is so professional and so friendly with her patients and also you can’t feel any pain.
Dr/ Nevine knows exactly what she is doing and she is telling you a lot of information.
