Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery

It’s never easy to plan for your own burial or that of a loved one. We chose Queen of Heaven Cemetery not only because of it’s beautiful grounds but also because we have family laid to rest here. Anthony assisted us with the process which felt overwhelming. However, with Anthony’s gentle guidance and patience the process felt less daunting. Anthony took the time to review the many choices that was offered and really listened to what we wanted. I highly recommend dealing with Anthony, he is such a compassionate and professional individual. Thank you for all your assistance.

Excellent experience with Anthony. You will need to book an appointment prior to coming here. They were very helpful thru the entire process. The grounds and everything is well kept. Would need to be Catholic to be buried on grounds. We used their Niche for my Father's burial. The place is huge and spacious. Would highly recommend this location. Thank-you Anthony and your team for everything!

Anthony was very helpful and welcoming with putting my Nonno to rest.

Just a bit disappointed on the fact that there you can't put a bench in front of the gravestone but the service and care is excellent so I was very happy with that. Found a great spot and the care of the yards are awesome.

Well maintained grounds inside and out. The chapel inside the mausoleum is a wonderful spot to stop for a few moments and say a prayer or sit quietly with your thoughts. The only thing is there is only one washroom inside(the newer area) and it's a bit inconvenient for visitors on the opposite side of the building to locate.

My mother, grandfather, and uncle are buried here. Nothing bad to say about the help they provided at the time of their passings. They do take good care of the plot grounds, but the gates hours are very disappointing. I do not live around the corner anymore and I as well as my family members have to take a day off work just to drive up and visit because they close so early.(Birthday, Mother/Father Day, Death Anniversary) PLEASE rethink your gate hours. Lots of people work until 5/5:30pm.

I am proud that my grandfather is buried in a peaceful, beautiful place that he loves, but I am giving a poor review due to the continuous problems of limited visiting hours.

I see previous complaints older than 5 years ago (this has clearly been a running issue for a long time now) that due to daylight savings time and no lights/visibility for cars to get in, they must close by 4:30pm. There is no excuse for this still to be the case after so many years, especially considering how expensive these services are. This is Canada. it is cold and dark 8 months of the year, ever year, this is nothing new. It's 2023 now, people work very long hours, that are often outside of 8am to 4:30pm. Just install some lights so people can finally visit their loved ones before/after their busy work schedules, please. I'll give you 5 stars just for doing it.

They ended up putting my dad in a plot that was not chosen by him then after the funeral, they said they couldn’t move him because of policies and legalities and moving bodies. The family was very upset. Now he’s in a home that he never approved of and my heart breaks, every time I see him
