We absolutely can’t thank Rachel Brent, our funeral director enough for the above and beyond effort that she put into my sisters arrangements. She ensured that my family was provided with the utmost support and attention with respect to all matters related to my sisters passing. We felt so comfortable with trusting her with everything, and would really like to send our sincere thanks to the entire team who assisted with the service. We will always remember the care and kindness that was provided to us during the most challenging of times.

I visited the company yesterday and was very pleased with what I encountered. The first encounter was Felicia who was so pleased seeing my wife and I.She explained all the negative experiences that we have had to our satisfaction. Then she introduced us to Barbara who took great care of business at hand. She empathic very friendly and knowledgeable in this area of business. She took great care of us even to the graveside. I am glad I met these two people.They are excellent in what they do. Thanks once again.

My father passed away July 10, 2022 and my husband made arrangements to meet with a counsellor! My husband and 2 siblings went to the cemetery and we met with Omar Khan! We were pleasantly impressed with Omar because he walked us through the entire process and as hard as the situation was that we were facing he was able to make the burial arrangements easy for us! When we buried our father everything went smoothly and we felt a sense of relief and were completely satisfied with the service! Being Muslim and understanding the faith Omar Khan was knowledgeable and I would 100 % recommend him for his expertise!

My mom passed 5 months ago, we came to brampton funeral home to make arrangements, and they were amazing , very professional compassionate understanding. Felicia, CC, Kristin, and the whole team was soo very helpful. On time with everything. Felicia and CC always returned my calls and answers any questions I have. Even though it's been 5 months since the funeral they always have time for me when I pop in.

Big shout out to Omar Khan. His professionalism and gentleness made this process easy. He was always easy to talk to and so genuine. Although loosing a loved one was not easy he made me feel welcomed and comfortable with each visit. He truly made a difference and I am so grateful. The support I received over the last year has been outstanding! I lost my grandmother and 8 months later I tragically lost my mother. The staff stepped up and walked me through all I needed to do to celebrate the lives of my loved ones. They went above and beyond to help me navigate some complex issues. To all the staff of Brampton Funeral Cemetery..thank you so much for job well done..Vince Ferrano is hands on and they gave us a personalized service..from hostess, reception to Felicia Fenlong who made my mom looked beautiful than me...and all of my friends and relatives were so happy to see her and so amazed with the services as well..

The staff are rery friendly and accommodating, The place is clean, organized and spacious for the guests. They have different cuisine options available to choose from for catering packages. They made sure everything is well taking care of for their clients.

Everything was perfect and I could not ask more from this beautiful location. The staff was amazing and I felt like I have known them forever and they always took the time to help with every little aspect of my mothers funeral.
I will be recommending anyone I know to do their pre planning with Cecilia from the cemetery building. She really helped my heart get through this. As for the funeral home side I have nothing but good things to say about that. When I was stuck for a last minute addition to the service for a violinist they we able to help me in a pinch. I had no idea they were able to help me get one. They don’t advertise that as a service from my knowledge so that was greatly appreciated. You don’t know until you ask sometimes. I am forever grateful for the staff there. I felt like I had a crew to guide me through every small detail. Kristen thank you for getting me started with all the arrangements and Onika for helping me fine tune every last detail and putting up with my OCD LOL. Bev you will never know how you helped me emotionally as I can’t even explain it myself. Rachel thank you for jumping in when I would Pop in to drop stuff off and of course Cathy meeting you has maid my heart that much fuller. You are all amazing caring and loving people and you brought me so much joy when I needed it the most. This location is the final resting place for both of my Parents and I would not have it any other way. Highly recommend

When my Mom, my wife and me arrived here we had fifty thousand doubts and thanks to the support and advice of Francis Olivares we were more than satisfied with having chosen this place so that, in the near or distant future, our remains may rest here. Thank Francis.

Staff at BramptonFuneral Home and Cemetery are by far the best people our family has had the privilege with whom to work. Their professionalism, care and grace made the passing of our Father a little easier to bare. He passed away on June 24, 2023 and we had the Celebration of Life on July 14th. Unfortunately, it is only now that we have been able to reflect and post a review.

Staff are friendly and professional. Francis took time to explain and guide me through the burial process as well as through headstone choosing. On the day of the burial, the staff were patient and understanding and were there right till the end. They coordinated well with our chosen funeral home to ensure the entire day went smoothly. I would just like to take this opportunity to post about my experience at Brampton Funeral Home. We, as a family, unfortunately had 2 funerals in the span of a week apart. Myself, I was a wreck to say the least. I cannot say enough about the genuine care we received from day one from the staff at Brampton Funeral Home. Very professional, organized, and the most caring people that go above and beyond for the family who obviously can use their dedicated guidance. When I had to go in to make arrangements I was so nervous and just not feeling well. The staff were so calm, helpful and knew exactly how to help me get through the process. Never once pushy or trying to sell anything during the process, simply professional, caring and very knowledgeable. What a relief that I truly needed at that time. Explaining every step of the process and always following up with me as and when needed. Even afterward they follow-up to see how I was doing. I cannot say enough and cannot thank them enough for taking a very difficult, emotional situation for my family and turning it into a memorable service for our loved ones. Thank you for your truly genuine compassion and professionalism.

Francis is wonderful! Not only was she informative, compassionate, and personable, she was patient and empathetic and exactly what my family and I needed during the most difficult time in our lives. We can not thank you enough!

Professional and courteous. The staff very understanding and helpful.
My Mom's passing was obviously a difficult time and having to deal with all the arrangements while coming to terms with my loss was not something I wanted to do. Elizabeth was very helpful in explaining the process: she let me take my time to decide what I wanted. I was never pestered or bothered with followup calls or emails. From start to finish the whole process was very smooth and efficient. The cemetery is in a nice quiet location and I find visiting there to be very peaceful and comforting.

I recently buried my husband Danny Campbell at this facility in June. I had step by step support through this stressful devastating process with empathy and professionalism by Felicia Fenlong and Francis Olivares and their team. They went over and above what we as a family/friends expected or anticipated. They were understanding,patient,efficient, competent and accommodated all our needs. This level of service continues even after the funeral,I can call and receive guidance and answers anytime I need it. It feels like family!! I would give them 10 stars if possible!! I highly recommend this team!!

Our family would like to thank the staff at the Brampton Funeral Home for their support during my mom's funeral. All staff were extremely helpful, but in particular, we would like to thank Shannon and Lindsay. They supported us through every step of the process, they answered all our questions, and took care of all the details so that we could focus our family and friends on the funeral day. They continued to be supportive to us even after the funeral day by helping us to navigate the closing affairs issues.
